This 5 bed / 3.5 bath home offers plenty of sleeping space and with 3 levels there is more than enough room to spread out. 2 large decks offer the perfect spot to sip your coffee and watch the sun rise. Spend your day playing on the lake or casting a line for the best fishing Arkansas has to offer.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Smart TV in main living room and master bedroom (be sure to bring your own streaming apps log in), LOTS of outdoor seating on both decks, front porch and firepit area, Foosball Table and Ping Pong Table in basement. Numerous other board / card games available as well.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen basics as well as a crockpot, blender, hand mixer and toaster. We also provide you with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap and multi purpose cleaner.

GENERAL: Free Wi Fi, washer/dryer, central heating & AC, hair dryer, linens/towels, iron/board, extra blankets.

PAPER PRODUCTS: We do provide you with toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags and zip loc bags. I try to leave enough of all based on the number of guests / length of stay.

PARKING: Driveway and at the top of the driveway (note: please make sure you are not blocking the roadway when parking at the top of the driveway. There is plenty of room to be out of the roadway).

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Outdoor pool (not heated) located on Dogwood Dr can be used at a fee of $5 per day (paid on site).

Base rate is for up to 10 guests. There is an additional charge of $10 per person per night for each additional guest up to a maximum of 15 total guests.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. There is also a pathway behind the home that leads to the lake where you can swim, fish and relax!

I want you to enjoy your stay and I strive to make it as stress free as possible.

Please note: Our lakefront home is nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by trees, water, and wildlife. While we take every precaution to keep the home clean and comfortable, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects – part of the charm of staying close to nature. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with fresh air and the sounds of the outdoors, you'll love it here! Just keep in mind that nature comes with some little visitors now and then.

We ask that you respect and treat our property as your home away from home. We understand that things can and do happen from time to time, if there are any incidents or something gets damaged, please notify me right away so that I can take proper steps to repair as soon as possible.

Thank you for respecting our "No Smoking", "No Pets" and "No Parties or Large Events/Gatherings" policy so we can keep the home in the best condition possible for our guests. If any of these rules are broken a $500 fine will be assessed.

This property is located in peaceful Lost Bridge Village. Please be courteous to neighbors and the community as a whole. We want your stay to be a fun and memorable experience!
No loud music and be mindful of speed limits (25 mph) throughout the community. Complaints of such are handled through the Benton County Sheriff's Office.

The US Army Corp of Engineers does not allow the rental of private docks on Beaver Lake. This home does NOT have a private dock. Lost Bridge Marina is approximately 5 minutes away and they do have overnight slip rentals.
