The kitchen has been updated with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and new flooring throughout, giving everything a fresh, clean coastal feel. The layout is comfortable and practical, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A sleeper sofa for additional guests is in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and sliding barn doors, so it can easily feel private while still being flexible. It shares the hallway bathroom, which is great for visitors.

There's also a cozy extra sitting area where you can enjoy a different view outside—perfect for reading, sipping coffee, or just taking a break from the sun. You'll also appreciate the little touches, like the in-unit washer and dryer and the pull-out storage near the entry, so shoes and beach gear stay neatly out of the way. When you're ready to head outside, you can relax by the community pool or take that short walk across the street and be right on the beach.
