La maison de vacances confortable "Nueva Baviera 42" située à San Bartolome de Tirajana, dans la partie sud-est de Gran Canaria, se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et offre une vue sur mer fantastique. La maison de vacances de 60 m² se compose d'un salon/Salle à manger, d'une cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bains ainsi que de toilettes supplémentaires et peut donc accueillir 2 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent un Wi-Fi permet des appels vidéo, un ventilateur, une machine à laver ainsi qu'une Smart TV.

Votre espace extérieur privé comprend un jardin, une terrasse ouverte et une terrasse couverte. La terrasse couverte est meublée d'une table, de chaises, de chaises longues ainsi que d'un canapé et d'une table supplémentaire. The complex pool is a good size for lengths swimming, and the beach/sea literally on your doorstep. The owner was really helpful on arrival with a welcome tour of the property. It was modern furnished, with all neccesary equipment incl. towels for bath and beach, perfect terrace facing the sea, with shade from 1 pm and cool bedroom. The owners had poured their heart into the place, and it showed in the details. They were outmost helpful and very pleasent to deal with. I hope I will have the pleasure to come back again. A car is recommended, to get to restaurants - and not suitable for handicapped, as many stairs/steep passages. Good local grocery nearby, and beach or swimmingpool 5 minutes walk away.

Pros: Had a wonderful three-week stay at this charming apartment. It was lovely and fully lived up to our expectations and the reviews of other guests. The owners were extremely pleasant and obliging and had clearly thought very hard about the needs of their visitors when designing and fitting the apartment/bungalow. It was the best we have ever stayed in and we are fairly well travelled! Hiring a car was necessary for such a long stay but we did enjoy the peace and tranquility of the garden and local beach. In addition to the few local restaurants, we enjoyed Nito's, just a five minute drive or taxi away, in St Agustin and we went there regularly. Another highlight was driving to Melonaras and sampling the many and varied restaurants there - in addition to walking the promenade. The local shop had everything we could possibly need and the owner and staff were also very charming and helpful. We are a newly retired couple and would thoroughly recommend this apartment to people of a similar age with good mobility.

Pros: This property was perfect for what we wanted - an early break in the sun, not too far to travel and easy to get to. The bungalow was bigger than I expected with a really nice large airy bedroom which another owner might have been tempted to make into two small rooms. There was a lot of facilities for guests, from beach towels to foam mats for those guests who might want to spend time on the quite rocky beach. There were people walking past the front of the villa but it was mainly other residents getting to and from their properties although I can see that it could be quite busy in peak season. Loved the large bathroom and the walk in shower - it was perfect for us although a couple of minor snags with TV and water heater were an irritant rather than something that spoiled our holiday and something which I am sure the owner will be putting quickly right. Highly recommend the Bamira Restaurant just outside complex - upstairs terrace for informal dining and an amazing gourmet experience downstairs with lovely welcoming staff.

Pros: What a beautiful bungalow and perfectly situated within a lovely complex. Everything you need is supplied, linen pristine and all electrical appliances in good condition. The size of the living area being perfect for the two of us being bright and airy. The owner, Mike, could not have been more helpful, answering our questions via e-mail before we got there and in showing us the bungalow upon arrival. Many thanks to him. A local supermarket is a short walk away for daily supplies and a couple of pub/restaurants not far. The bungalow overlooks the beach, with steps down at either side. The beach is remarkably clean and quite sandy, (As opposed to some of the beaches in the area being all rocks and pebbles). Unfortunately, because the area is hilly, there are a number of steps to negotiate in and out. This was no trouble to us, but may prove more difficult to anyone with mobility problems. The location between San Agustin and Playa del Aquila could not be better for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. Access is limited to the people staying in the 2 or 3 local residential complexes with very little foot traffic from anyone else. We walked into San Agustin which was not far, but had to climb up the stairs on the side of the cliff to get there. San Agustin was more lively with a choice of shops, hotels and restaurants. In the other direction we were surprised by the activity at the crowded Thompson's Blue Village. A huge holiday complex of hotel and bungalows, which even at the start of November seemed fully occupied, yet had we not walked the mile in that direction, we would not have known it was there. All in all, I would recommend not only the bungalow we stayed in, but the anywhere in this area. (My wife was quite interested in the 'For Sale' signs and I am sure we could be very happy residing here for a lot longer). On the negative side, or maybe it's a positive, there was very little English spoken and very few English people around. The majority being German and Scandinavian. This did not cause any problems, in fact it made us feel a bit special with the local people being extremely friendly and helpful towards us. There are so many places in the world to see that we do not usually return to the same place twice. This, I am sure, will be an exception to that rule.

Notre location: appartement très spacieux et surtout une terrasse de rêve Mme LEsley,la propriétaire, est une dame charmante. En conclusion: N'hésitez pas un instant à venir aux Canaries et particulièrement à los Gigantes et ses falaises dauphins et baleines En tout cas nous on y reviendra

Toller Urlaub auf Gran Canaria

Pros: Das Haus liegt direkt oberhalb des Meeres nur durch einen schmalen Fussweg getrennt, Im Haus war alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht vorhanden wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Strand ist direkt unterhalb durch Treppenstufen zu erreichen ein grosser Pool ist in der Anlage ebenfalls. Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft und der Anlage es ist unbedingt empfehlenswert Cons: Man sollte gut Treppensteigen können es geht jeden Tag viele Stufen hoch und hinunter. Die Parkplatz Situation ist sehr schwierig, wir waren im Februar in den Schulferienzeiten wird es wohl noch kritischer sein.

Il posto perfetto per riposare e vivere appieno l'estate!

La location è veramente TOP, c'è tutto: lavatrice, microonde, lavastoviglie, appartamento con grandi stanze e una parte esterna per pranzare o cenare o semplicemente rilassarsi. La vista è fronte oceano, veramente TOP. A pochi passi avete ben due spiagge dove poter andare. Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane favolose, per accedere all'appartamento però dovete essere pronti a fare parecchi gradini, se non amate camminare il posto non fa per voi. Il proprietario Miguel è stato molto disponibile e di grande aiuto. Ci torneremo!!!

Ronduit geweldig!

Ons 3-weekse verblijf in dit appartement was fantastisch. Erg genoten van verblijf en omgeving direct aan de oceaan. Wakker worden met het geluid van de branding. Erg relaxed! Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door gastheer Miguel. Alle benodigde toelichting ontvangen. Ook tussentijds contact prima verlopen. Erg plezierig contact. Uitrustingsniveau compleet en volgens beschrijving. Bed iets minder comfortabel. Locatie relatief rustig en afgescheiden, maar wel veel voorbijgangers naar- en van het strand verderop in de baai gelegen. Goed restaurant om de hoek (5 min lopen) en ook supermarkt en autoverhuur in de directe nabijheid (10 min lopen). Wij reisden vooral met het openbaar vervoer en taxi. Prima bevallen. Playa de Aguilla is een rustige plaats met verder weinig vertier. Daarvoor aangewezen op San Augustin, Playa des Inglés of Maspalomas. Allemaal goed bereikbaar en binnen een kwartier reisafstand (bus/auto) gelegen. Wij komen zéker nog eens terug in deze omgeving.

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Steilküste ca. 30m oberhalb vom Meer/Strand. Sie hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt Liegestühle und SItzpolster für die Steinbank. Über Treppen kann man zum Strand hinunter laufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
