The Space:

Overlooking the 17th fairway of Plantation Golf Course, this beautiful 3rd-floor condo displays a quintessentially coastal stay for you and yours! Fully furnished and adorned in a nautical theme, every inch of the condo has been curated for your comfort. The living room provides a pleasant space to gather with its wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable seating. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for when you aren't dining out with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.



When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the primary en suite bedroom is located on the main level of the condo and the loft bedroom is up the spiral staircase. A sofa bed is available in the living room when needed. The interior perks extend to a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.



Amidst the gorgeous South Carolina weather, enjoy relaxing on the private balcony, swimming in the turquoise waters of the shared pool, and engaging in some playful competition over the tennis court. A fitness center and park are also available on-site. Close to your stay, explore Edisto Beach State Park, the Edisto Island Serpentarium, the Plantation Course at Edisto, Edisto Island Yacht Club, and a variety of local eateries and boutiques.

This is a great resort and a great unit. We have stayed in other units and this one was pretty great but a little small for us. The kitchen is built for one and you have to move to get in appliances or cook. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to purchase our own. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to rest well. The storage space was excellent for a small place and there was a broom, games, and plenty of extra blankets. I was worried the upstairs would be warm but it was very comfortable. The location is very close to the pool. We had a great and easy stay. Make sure you map the rental place so you stop on the way. We missed it and had to circle back!

Great family getaway!

We had another relaxing trip to Edisto. Our son loved the pool, playground, and mini golf. We honestly spent more time at the resort than on the beach this trip! Always a great time on the island!

Small condo but well equipped. There are signs that this unit allows pets (pet hair on furniture and bedding) but nice otherwise. We would stay here again.

Fun weekend

Loved this cute condo on Edisto Island. The spiral staircase is a fun element, but probably not for everyone. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. The amenities in the development were a big bonus.

Perfect Family Get Away

We stayed here last minute for a 3 night get away with our 4 kids. It was just right for that length of stay, a whole week would probably have gotten intense. Driving to the beach was no problem, we could easily find parking. The only things we could not find were a pizza cutter and a tea pot. Looking forward to coming back!

2/10 Horrible

Not a good experience

When we arrived, I did my normal wipe down of surfaces for sanitation purposes as I do at every place we stay. What I did not expect is to find that the condo was filthy! The cleaning wipes I used were black after wiping everything down. There was dirt on the bathroom sink, stains on the rim of toilet, and the shower was covered in soap scum. The kitchen appliances were dirty, with the stove looking like something had boiled over and no one wiped it up. I had to sweep the entire condo as there was dirt and crumbs on every seat. When I moved the nightstand slightly to vacuum, I found a pair of men’s underwear! Definitely didn’t give us a good feeling that anything had been cleaned. The local office was already closed, not sure why it would close at 5 when check in was at 4. We called vacasa and spoke to numerous people and shared photos of the condition of the condo. After several hours, we finally heard from a manager named Marty. We were at the point of leaving and staying elsewhere for the night. Marty came over with new linens and bedding, and also offered for us to stay at another unit. We decided to stay since we had already cleaned and vacuumed. While our experience was not great, I do appreciate Marty’s prompt response on that first day. I told him to please review the photos we sent, and asked for some sort of refund. We had to follow up with him on our last day and he did refund the cleaning fee. This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean, new paint, and new furniture. The chair in the living room was so torn up and peeling, it definitely needs to be thrown out. Overall, I would not rent this condo again and I would think twice about booking through Vacasa again.

This was a great condo. It is on the third floor. The beach is a little tougher to get to than it looked like on a gps map, but there was always a spot at one of the many beach accesses. The pool, playground, putt putt, and little shop were close enough to walk to and very nice. For the condo- it was clean and as expected except the kitchen was a little smaller than it looked in pictures. The fridge is not standard sized, but a little smaller. The main issue was the hot water ran out after about 4 minutes in the shower. Otherwise a great spot!
