The Space:

Hit the slopes, then relax with comfortable resort amenities at this Solitude Mountain Resort vacation condo. Welcoming up to eight guests, it offers exceptional ski-in/ski-out access to Solitude's 77 world-class ski runs. Close by, sample a variety of deluxe, shared amenities at Club Solitude including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, BBQ, fire-pit, and fun-filled game room. Along with a dedicated hot tub for the building itself. Please note that shared amenities are not run by Avari and may be subject to repair or maintenance outside our control.



Modern cabin accents combine with the wildland-themed decor to create a warm and inspired interior in this two-bedroom condo. Settle into the living area's leather couch and, if it's chilly outside, quickly warm the room by turning on the gas fireplace. An oversized HDTV hangs above the stone hearth and provides cable. Breathe in the fresh mountain air from the outdoor deck, which awaits through a set of sliding glass doors attached to the living area and offers amazing mountainside views. There's also a storage locker for all of your winter gear, as well as a heated underground parking facility.

For quick and easy access to boundless outdoor activities throughout the year, you really can't beat this home's location. Come during the winter to experience champagne powder-laden slopes just steps away from your doors, and you'll find horseback riding, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, rock climbing, and more in the area during other seasons. While you'll certainly have plenty to keep you entertained just steps from your doors, day trips also abound. Take a 29-mile drive northwest into downtown Salt Lake City for museum tours, eclectic dining and shopping, and visiting cultural landmarks like the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle. Great location and condo

This is our second year staying in Solitude village and this property was even better than the last. Tons of room— it was especially nice to have three queen beds and two bathrooms. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen needs and extremely clean and comfortable. It was also nice being so close to the lift.

Perfect size and location

So much good stuff to share about this property. First, it was ideal for a family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Kitchen was well appointed for our cooking needs. Easy access to slopes. Loved the gas fireplace after a day of skiing. Solitude is a great little resort village. Staying at Powderhorn 209 was much more enjoyable than other properties that we’ve rented. Great place!

Fantastic location & responsive host!

First and foremost, the location of this condo is incredible! It is a minute walk from the lifts and on the side that takes you to Brighton if you want to ski/snowboard there! The place itself is super nice as well and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Additionally, the host is incredibly responsive, we had two questions during our stay and she responded immediately and was very nice! I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at powderhorn was beyond expectations, the space had plenty of room for our group. It fills up with light throughout the day and the hot tub is only a short walk away. We will be coming back for sure!

Everything you need for your ski trip!

Perfect location in the village at Solitude. The condo is nicely updated and clean. It has everything you need for your stay (but needs a pizza cutter with utensils!) The ski lockers are convenient and it's an easy short walk to the first lift. I would definitely stay there again!

Stay at Powderhorn 209

This is a very nice 2 bedroom condo and is nicely decorated and furnished. It is an excellent value compared to other ski condos we've rented at other ski areas. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear noise from other condos. The location of the condo was very convenient, close to the stairway and ski lockers. It is only a short walk to the lifts and you can practically ski back to Powderhorn's door, making it easy to come back to the condo at lunch. The view from the balcony was very nice even though we were only on the 2nd floor. The skiing at Solitude was amazing!!! The Village was very nice but it would be nice if there were more restaurants and stores. I would definitely return to Solitude and would be happy renting this condo. Renting through Vacasa was very easy and the rates are much less than renting through Solitude.
