Great little place, superb location, the cleaners need a special mention they are quite simply exceptional. We have stayed all over the murcia, sothern spain region and this is near the top of the list. For us and to rate this villa number 1, it would need air con throughout and better tv (teenagers to chill after a night out) other than that we would definitely consider returning. Cheers roland

Pros: We traveled three generations and the house was perfect for the teenagers as well as the grandparents. The beach is very nice and very close (5 minutes walk). The area is very quiet and you would need a car to go see places. If you just want to enjoy the climate and relax we highly recommend this place.

Very close to one of the best beaches around the area - lots of bars and restaurants close by including a small supermarket thats very useful and really good. Everything in the villa is perfectly maintained and of a high standard.

Pros: We have rented lots of private villas over the years and I have to say this was one of the best. It is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate and all of the dealings with the owner were straight forward and easy. We travelled as a group of six with 3 teenagers and an 8 year old. Plenty for everyone to do in the area. You could get away with not having a car The villa is very close to the beech (sandy and ideal for families) and the equipment provided in the villa was not lacking in any way. Highly recommended and I am sure we will be returning again at some point in the future - thanks for a great holiday

Pros: Can’t praise this villa enough! The pool was a great size and very clean. The outdoor furniture and seating were very comfortable as were the beds. The villa was equipped to a high standard. It is in a quiet and stunning residential area within flat walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, marina and restaurants. We got a pre booked taxi from the airport and then hired a car from Luzcars.com which was delivered to the villa - easy! There is a lot to do in the area and in Torrevieja.would recommend Stella Maris at the marina. Wish we could pick up this villa and take it to all the other countries we would like to visit!

Pros: We just returned from a wonderful holiday at Cabo Roig Casa. Everything brand new, top quality and really luxurious. Great location on a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the beach bar - perfect for after dinner drinks and only 15 mins from the selection of bars and restaurants on the main street. Really friendly welcome from the agent and every question got an immediate reply. We have been renting villas in Spain for years. This must count as one of the very best. Thank you for everything! I'm normally not one for writing reviews, but this time I'm happy to recommend this villa and location.

Pros: We have recently returned from a week at this villa and I cannot recommend it enough. The villa was much larger than I anticipated and it has been finished to a very high standard. The bedrooms are big and there are two bathrooms to accommodate three bedrooms, there is also a separate bathroom behind the kitchen. The kitchen is very modern and looks almost brand new. There outside of the villa is superb, there is a great seating/dining area that is perfect for family meals and there is also soft seating to relax on. The pool is a good size and is immaculately clean. The whole villa was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived and it really did surpass our expectations. We had a thorough tour of the villa when we arrived and we were shown how everything worked. The one standout thing for us was also how well the villa was equipped, it had absolutely everything you would find in your own home, there was nothing that we wanted that we could not find in the villa. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday and we cannot wait to go back again.

A Gem of a Casa

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful casa. It has everything you could wish for and we wanted for nothing. So much space in the casa and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool is incredible, the gardens spacious, quiet & safe surroundings. A perfect place to relax and unwind with family. The 45 min drive from Alicante airport was easy and stress free. The local beach, which really is only a 4 minute walk, is golden sand & the sea warm. The walk around the coast line is great for an early morning walk (me) or run (husband and daughter). The promenade links to another lovely beach, and another, and another! The only downside was the lack of a beach bar on the beach ( but think this was only temporary for this year) and limited eating places but that really didn’t bother us as we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor area at the casa. But if you go treat yourself to meal at the Lobster Restaurant about a 25 minute walk along the coastline walkways- incredible food! There is a local supermarket which is easy walking distance which is really well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly- we only went to the larger supermarket once when we arrived. All in all just what we were hoping for for our family holiday!

Pros: We spent a long time trying to find the right villa for us to rent. It had to have a pool, near the beach and with Wi fi, you would not believe how difficult these 3 simple things are to find in 1 property. Luckily, we came across this stunning villa and could not believe the price - we quickly booked it up! Roland was very accommodating on dates, gave us very detailed instructions on the facilities available and had different rental packages. On arrival we were knocked out by just how beautiful the villa is. From the décor, the facilities, the pool, the gardens, the showers, the sunloungers - everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is of the highest quality. Ron (who does the handovers) was a really nice guy and gave a quick tour as well as a run through of do's and dont's (not needed as we had read our pack from Roland!!) and then even gave us a lift to the local shop to get some provisions. In reality it was only a 6 minute walk away. A really nice touch from Roland was a very large bottle of red wine waiting on arrival - much appreciated. All in all, a fantastic villa, truly stunning and I could not recommend it highly enough!!

Pros: We have stayed in a few villas over the years and I personally felt this was one of the most relaxing. The area is very peaceful and the villa's grounds are so tranquil. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor furniture under the veranda is very comfy - my younger son fell asleep out here several times!! The villa has been designed well so that inside the villa stays quite cool so you can cook in the fantastically equipped kitchen without dripping with sweat. There is also a filtered water tap so you don't have to buy bottled water. The showers are great and the beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and pillows. The Cala Capitan beach is literally across the road so you can pop down here later in the day when it's less busy or you can take the scenic coastal path to Cabo Roig beach which has the addition of water sport activities. We ate out a few times and La Bahia was my favourite. Even better was the great takeaway delivery service we got from Costa Delivery - the curry from Taste of India was great. There is a great supermarket within a 7 minute walk which also has a café if you want to have breakfast here. Everywhere is flat so quite easy to walk to everything you need, however I think a car would have been useful as we wanted to visit other nearby resorts and didn't find booking taxis that easy for last minute plans. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to be able to go back soon. Thanks Roland :)

Fantastic Villa in a great location

We stayed he as a family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 boys aged 3, 10, 13 and 16. The villa is spotlessly clean and just beautiful. The area outside with pool as a really spacious shaded area which is great if u want some shade during the hot days. The proximity to Cala Captain beach is fab a few minutes walk enables you to come and go to the beach as you please. I had some fantastic early runs along the coastal path which I felt very safe on. From the villa you are able to walk to the strip with plenty of restaurants and also up to the la zenia boulevard we did this with all the boys on lots of occasions. My son found a local gym the beach body gym and walked up to that everyday also, 40 euros for 2 weeks use. You have a good shop 10 minute walk away which you can get all you need at. We where there for 2 weeks and had a car for 5 days of this which was enough to go to the water park, torrevieja fun fair and of course an obligatory visit to the san pedro mud baths ! The rest of the time we had no car and found it fine. We also used the tourist bus that takes u from la zenia beach to a couple of the neighbouring resorts which was great ! Cabo Roig market on a thursday morning was also worth a visit We have been to this area lots of times and just love it ! plenty to see and do good restaurants and shops in walking distance ! Thanku Roland for a lovely restful 2 weeks with 4 boys !

Pros: We are a family of 2 adults and two small children. The villa exceeded our expectations and we were all happy upon arrival. The villa and the grounds are very well maintained and there is secure parking space for one car. The swimming pool was excellent: a good size and depth for the all the family to relax in. The terrace was well furnished with a generous table (6-8 persons) , chairs and sofas and a double lounger which is a lovely place to nod off for an afternoon snooze. The terrace was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. Inside the house, the kitchen was well equipped and has ample space to prepare large meals. The dinner service, stemware, and cutlery are of high quality and well maintained. The oven and microwave were brand new. The kitchen also had a dishwasher and a laundry machine. All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and linens. Each bedroom has a modern, very effective and quiet ceiling fan as well as air conditioning and even though it was warm outside during the evenings it was possible to get a good night's sleep. Should you ever want to leave the confines of the villa, you can be on the dandy beach within two minutes and there are are a couple of restaurants 10 minutes stroll away. The area is well serviced by supermarkets. However, for our family needs, we felt the area did not have enough walking distance restaurants but for groups with teenagers or just adults it would be fine. This place is fantastic for all holidaying groups, from young families to three couples. We will recommend this villa to everyone we know.

Seul point négatif, la TV offre uniquement les chaînes hollandaises( pour nous français, la finale de la coupe du monde de football était le seul moment où nous aurions aimés accéder à une chaîne dans notre langue!)
