WOW! Verandas 1103 is an oceanfront condo, true one bedroom, two toilets, two bath vanities with granite counter top with sinks, mirrors, and soaking tub with a shower. Large rooms, 848 square feet, fresh paint. Bedroom with new Temper-pedic king size bed, plantation shutters, and TV.

Enter the unit through a nice, clean foyer with new bright lighting fixtures and wall accessories. 1.5 bathrooms that are newly remodeled. Lots of room. Walk into a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new lighting, and large pantry. Kitchen table seating 4 persons plus 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The living room is large with new furniture, queen sleeper sofa, 65 inch Roku TV, power roller shades (no dirty drapes) that look over a wall of windows that looks out to the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Fantastic views from the 11th floor (penthouse) from inside the unit and nice large deck with roof. Spectrum cable included WITH free access to Disney Plus, HBO/Max, Paramount Plus, and Peacock. WiFi is free.

There is tile flooring throughout the unit and a stackable washer and dryer for those wet bathing suits and towels. 2 parking passes are provided for the on-site free parking garage for your vehicles and safety needs. Vehicle height capacity in parking garage is 6'6". The amenities include a lazy river, hot tub, and outdoor large pool with sun deck overlooking the beach. Nice pictures and you will AGREE that unit 1103 is a clean, bright, and updated remarkable unit to spend your vacation in style. Close to Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, close to golf courses, Barefoot Landing, and shopping.
