Located in the private neighborhood of River Ranch Countryside, the Resort is accessible by golf cart, bicycle or walking! This house offers 3 bedroom, 2 baths and a spacious yard with a cozy firepit area under the stars! The master has a King bed and is en-suite with a spacious bathroom, double sink vanity and stand up shower.

The two guest rooms are equipped with a Queen bed and a twin trundle bed. This home accommodates 6 people very comfortably! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and all cookware you will need. There is also a full size indoor laundry room.

There are restaurants on Westgate property as well as a General Store, a live Rodeo, a Waterpark and many fun activities' for all ages! Walmart and other grocery stores are located in Lake Wales.
This property offers privacy with a ton of amenities available for you to enjoy at Westgate River Ranch!

If you plan to RIDE ATVs at River Ranch POA, this home is located a few miles up the road for easy access to and from the property! Bring your SXS and ATV! (must be an owner or guest of owner to ride ATVs)

Bring your friends and your toys and enjoy a true country-style vacation! You can spend the days at the Westgate Pool and your evenings at the Saloon or attend the Rodeo and all of the attractions! Looking to be on the water? Bring your Jet Skis, take an airboat ride or rent a Pontoon boat for the afternoon!
