The Space:

Escape to our stunning lakefront retreat on Castle Rock Lake! This beautiful home boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your family to relax and reconnect. Each of the two floors features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy direct access to our private beach and boathouse, perfect for enjoying the lake. A pontoon boat is included for your enjoyment throughout your stay.

6 Adult kayaks & 4 child kayaks are available for use during your stay.



The inflatable slide and water trampoline off of Dock 1 is only available for use for guest staying at Island Bay #1 available May 29th-September 30th!



The inflatable water park is located between Docks 3 & 4 are only available for guests staying at Island Bay #3 & Island Bay #4.



Due to unusually high water levels, boats may be parked at North Shore Marina, located at W4240 Marina Lane, Necedah, approximately 5 minutes from the property. If this is necessary during your stay, we will provide a key for marina access, along with the slip number where your boat is located. We appreciate your understanding and will make the process as simple and convenient as possible.



Pets allowed for $50 per night/per pet/2 pet MAX



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything on the premise during their stay. There will be a door code access for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the shores of Castle Rock Lake, this stunning property offers a tranquil escape in a serene bay area. You're just a short 10-minute drive from the charming town of New Lisbon. For a unique experience, enjoy a scenic 10-minute boat ride up the lake to discover a variety of restaurants. This location is perfect for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories, with endless opportunities for fun throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! This stunning lake house offers free parking on the premises. For those arriving by air, the property is conveniently located. Major transit hubs and airports are within driving distance, allowing for easy access to and from the property. Explore the surrounding areas with ease, knowing you have a comfortable base to return to.



Other Things to Note:

There will be special instructions for kayaks. Waivers will be sent out and needed for access to the Pontoon Boats. Life jackets are recommended for adults, but are mandatory for all children under the age of 12 wear. Children are to be supervised when in the lake. There is no life guard on duty and it swim at your own risk.



Guest are required to fill Pontoon boats to level you received before leaving or you will be charged price of fuel plus $50 service fee.



The inflatable slide and water trampoline off of Dock #1 are only available for Island Bay #1.



Inflatable water park is only for use for guest at Island Bay #3 & Island Bay #4.

Please shower before entering the hot tub.



Please strip the linens and comforters off of the beds on each floor that were used. Please place the bedding and any used towels in front of the laundry area before leaving.
