Kaity's Place is a beautifully appointed cottage in the heart of Fairview.
Fairview is a tight knit community famously known as the "Wild Turkey Capital" of Michigan. Fairview is located within the Huron National Forest and serves as a rural hub for outdoor recreation like fishing, hunting and has over 330 miles of trails. Fairview is only a few miles from the beautiful AuSable River. The AuSable River is known to much water fun like swimming, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking.

Kaity's Place sits on a beautiful lot located just a walking distance from town, making all the things Fairview has to offer easily accessible. Just a short walk to the grocery store, gift shop, pizza, park and restaurant just to name a few.

Fairview is located between two golf courses, two lakes (Smith Lake and Perry Lake) and is close to beautiful Garland Golf Resort.

Kaity's cottage is a well-appointed 3 bedroom equipped with everything you will need to complete your stay. Our kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare wonderful meals during your stay. Including a complete set of cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, bakeware, pots and pans, mixer, towels, dish cloths an even some spices. Please enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine and the variety of coffees (and hot chocolate) on our wonderful coffee bar.

You'll be welcomed with a basket of local goodies to make you feel right at home. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with comfy linens and pillows to make sleep time during your stay the very best!
Our cottage also offers a full size washer and dryer complete with laundry soap and fabric softener. Enough to satisfy all your laundry needs. There are also plenty of bath towels and beach towels available.
Kaity's cottage is stocked with all the extras you may need during your stay from hair products to laundry supplies just to name a few and even extras you may not expect like eyeglass cleaners and make-up removers.

Our living room has a 55 inch smart screen TV for all your family's viewing needs. It has many channels available and the ability to connect to your own streaming programs. WIFI is also available.

1 and 1/2 baths gives you the convenience of 1/2 bath when directly entering the cottage while leaving the full bath available to those that need to shower and prepare for a day filled with fun away from the stressors of everyday life at home.
For your convenience this home also offers access to a single garage available to store, bikes, motorcycles, snowmobiles, side by sides or any other extras you may be traveling with.
