Aiken’s Hidden Pines Equestrian is a peaceful farmhouse retreat located just 15 minutes from downtown and nearby equestrian destinations including Bruce's Field, Highfields Event Center, and Hitchcock Woods. Tucked away at the end of a long private driveway and surrounded by woods, the property offers a quiet and relaxing setting with plenty of privacy.

Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the property features a 3-stall horse barn and a fully fenced 2.5-acre paddock that can accommodate up to 3 horses. Enjoy your morning coffee from the covered balcony overlooking the barn and pasture, or unwind after a day of riding on the oversized ground-floor patio or grilling deck. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for four guests, and a fenced backyard for added enjoyment.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

Your stay includes full use of the horse amenities — there are no additional daily fees for stall or pasture access.

Please note that the driveway is long and becomes narrower near the house, so extra caution is needed when pulling in with a horse trailer. At this time, there is not a pull-through area for trailers, so guests should be comfortable backing a trailer into the pasture in order to turn around.

For all stays under one month, proof of current vaccinations and a negative Coggins test is required for each horse prior to arrival. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for the safety of all animals on the property.

Guests are responsible for cleaning stalls that are used and for picking up after their animals during their stay. Please place manure from both the pasture and stalls in the designated pile behind the barn for later spreading. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the barn area or horse waste is not properly cleaned prior to departure.

Please note that shavings and horse equipment are not provided, aside from a basic rake, shovel, and wheelbarrow available for guest use.

A water hose from the house reaches the barn area. Currently, there is no electrical power available in the barn.

If your horse causes any damage to the fencing, barn, or other property features, please notify me as soon as possible so it can be addressed quickly and safely.
