• Children and infants are welcome; please supervise them at all times
• This is a basement suite with stairs at the entrance — use caution
• Please keep the property clean and tidy
• Dispose of garbage and recycling properly
• Do not move furniture without permission
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
• Follow all posted safety instructions and local regulations
Pet Policy:
• Pets are welcome
• Maximum Two pets per stay
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Pets must be house-trained
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately (including any accidents)
• Please ensure no pet waste is left inside or outside the property
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets
