A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to stay productive during your stay.The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and all the essentials for everyday cooking. A starter supply of coffee, sugar, spices, and basic consumables is provided to help you settle in.Step outside to the home’s standout feature: a fully fenced private backyard designed for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy the seasonal pool, fire up the BBQ, or practice your short game on the 3-hole putting green. Self check-in is provided via keypad for a seamless arrival.For privacy and security, some storage areas are locked, and there is a separate occupied unit below the home with no shared living spaces. Exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter only.We respect your privacy but remain available via message if needed. Lawn and pool maintenance teams may visit periodically to service outdoor areas. As this is a midterm stay, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items after the initial supply.We’re always making small improvements to enhance the space, so you may notice minor updates from the photos.
