This 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit features a king bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size sectional with a chaise sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating up to 4 adults comfortably.

The condo offers amazing views of the ocean, beach, and resort pools from a private terrace equipped with a lounge chair and a table with chairs, a chest filled with boogie boards and noodles, perfect for relaxing and having fun outdoors. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, making it convenient for preparing meals. Both the living room and bedroom have large flat-panel smart TVs.. The unit also boasts brand new cold air conditioning for comfort.

The Sonoran Spa Resort itself provides numerous amenities including a private beach, pools, hot tubs, a full-service restaurant known as Sonoran Grill, an onsite spa, fitness center, and 24/7 gated security. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!
