Paradise Villas # 10 est un chambres et demi, deux deux un demi bain, deux à domicile de la ville de l'histoire - la chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen, cheminée décorative, salle de bain et terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles et salle de bain. Troisième demi-chambre en bas avec un lit double. Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une machine à café, mixeur, grille-pain, micro-ondes. Les autres équipements comprennent une piscine, chauffage central et climatisation, lecteur CD et d'une télévision à écran plat avec satellite. Propriétaire demande Non-fumeur et sans animaux intérieur. Draps et un ensemble de serviettes de bain sont fournis. Love the area it was very quiet and not crowded like the resorts. The pool was nice my kids really enjoyed it and the beach is right there so the view was beautiful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to have a more peaceful vacation!

This property was Amazing!! The view was Absolutely Stunning!! We were so close to the water and were able to set up a canopy on the beach and enjoy all of the vendors that sell up and down the beach. The beds were comfortable. Only one complaint…not much hot water for showers. We really couldn’t get any water hotter than luke warm. But, it was a small price to pay for the Beauty and accessibility of this place. I would definitely stay there again.

We found the property tastefully decorated. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked. The beds, linens and towels were all top quality. We plan to return.

Beautiful Home - Remote Location
We couldn’t ask for a better stay. The house was beautiful. The upstairs rooms were large. The downstairs room was very tiny with no window. It was great to have the pool and ocean available. Concierge service was very helpful in planning tours.The location was remote, but not too far from the city to deter us from coming back. The living space is small and there isn’t a kitchen table or space to sit and play games. Everything else was amazing.

This is a very Nice place to stay, beautifull mornings and nights, very peacefull place, My kids had the beach and pool for them selfs, we enjoyd it very much, needs a deep cleaning, so that You can feel more confortable using and touching everithing, but other then that we really recomended, specialy if You like to spend time in a quiete and peacefull place.

Great Property at a great price
Overall my friends and I very much enjoyed this property. I personally though it was nicer on the inside than the pictures let on. Playa Encanto is a relatively emptier beach than Sandy Beach so the peacefulness was very nice. The price for this place was unbeatable for what you got. Make sure you bring your own drinking water and toiletries as this is not a resort and they only provide hand soap.

Love this remote property and the amenities on site. This is an older property that allows for a more intimate experience than the new highrises.The management company was really friendly and tried to address any concerns or issues that arose during our stsy. The unit itself is pretty shabby. Appliances need replacing. Kitchen and baths need ti be remodeled. The entires unit foes have new tile flooring. But the rest of the interior is dated and worn. There was no hot water for bathing or washing dishes. The management did try to rectify yhis, but it was not successful. Would love to stay in this complex again, but not in yhis unit unless/until it is remodeled.

This villa right on the beach was perfect for a low-key family vacation. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!

Great property for the price, but some details need attention
Beach front townhome for a great price, but some of the lights weren't working and the beds were marginal. If you're super picky maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for a clean beach front unit at a reasonable price, this could be a winner.

Nice stay
Check-in was easy and room was clean. The beach was private and quiet. Loved the peacefulness there. However, they had a hurricane weeks prior to our arrival and the place was infested with mosquitos because of the marsh land behind the property. It made it difficult to enjoy the pool (nice and heated pool) or much time outside. The TV didnt work but we didnt mind. Overall, if you want a nice quiet place with a private beach and relatively empty pool, this is the place for you! Just be mindful of the rainy season as the marsh land does breed A LOT of mosquitos.

Great location
Everything was great except the refrigerator was not working properly. Water was puddling beneath it and it was not as cold as it needed to be to keep food cold and good. Luckily we had a friend in another suite that let us keep the food with them.

This vacation rental experience was hideous and awful. The comdo is nice, furnishings are nice, it was clean and the location was pretty. The problem was the maintenance. There were painters on the patio the entire time we stayed making it almost completely unusable for us. They had all the fixtures torn apart and the patio was a disaster. There was almost no privacy. We wouldn’t have booked if we knew there would be major renovations going on. The worst part though was the plumbing. The first day we were there the sinks downstairs stopped draining and then began overflowing - there was an inch of grey water throughout the entire apartment. We called Oceano rentals who are the property managers and they sent someone to fix it. He checked things and came and left a few times and then told us it would be okay in a couple hours because the complex’s drainage pump had been off so everything was full. The next morning we had the same problem - flooding through the apartment. So we called again. This time maintenance didn’t show up until late afternoon.... He worked on the kitchen sink for a while not realizing that the bathroom sink was still overflowing so once again we had to clean up grey water throughout the entire apartment. Then he decided to try using a shop vac set in reverse to blow air through the drainage lines.... This resulted in grey water blowing out of the bathroom sinks both downstairs and upstairs. The entire bathrooms and most of our toiletries were covered in grey water and little bits of scum from the pipes. He then decided he wasn’t going to be able to fix it and had better just leave. So by the end of our 3 night stay we had only been able to shower once each on the night we arrived. Three days of no showers no sink water for washing dishes. We washed dishes in buckets like camping style. I addresses this upon checkout and the staff promised to talk with management to make it right. They never followed up. Now theyre ig
