Welcome to the beautiful Amalfi Coast Resort in Miramar Beach, where sugar-white sand beaches and emerald Gulf waters set the scene for the perfect beach getaway. Unit A 106 is a spacious newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups looking for a relaxing Emerald Coast escape.

This newly renovated condo features two king bedrooms, one bedroom is designed with twin bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more sleeping space. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony where you can unwind after a day at the beach.

Excellent location!

Property was well groomed, quiet, not crowded,beach access was easy, we really liked the fact that there were no beach chair rentals occupying the beach, first come first serve, gated with security, Mike the security representative was helpful,watchful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo

There were 4 adults on this visit and we had the best time! The condo was beautiful, plenty of space. This condo is on the ground floor so we had a large patio facing the ocean.. it was so peaceful and quiet.. The Condo is a gated community which is really nice.. The pools were perfect. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of room and a great outdoor patio. This location is a very short walk to the beach and the complex pools were great! I had a couple of questions and the property manager was very quick to respond, which I appreciated.

Great getaway

Nice property, very functional. Location was perfectly set for what we needed. Pools weren’t crowded, the beach was a 2 minute walk. The room location was perfect, right outside the elevator & stairs made it very convenient.

Nice stay, good location, and good communication

The property was really nice and right across the road from the beach entrance. We had an issue from another unit having water issues that dripped down on us and management immediately found the other unit causing the issue and resolved it quickly! I would hope in the future they could make an exit on the patio that way it shortens the trip to walk to the beach but overall we had a great stay and loved the provided beach chairs and boogie boards. The water was clear and a lifeguard that was on duty at the beach.

The unit is large, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable/ large enough for a good sized family/group. The property has a nice pool, tennis courts and is VERY easy access to the beach. Everything was smooth and the owner got right back to me with answers to my questions. I would highly recommend!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week and the location was very convenient for nearby shopping and the beach. The unusable sofa sleeper ( which we were counting on) keeps this from being a five star property. Don't let that be a negative for future renters! Other than that the place is great.

Lovely location. Condo could use a few updates. Needs kitchen updates with cooking items.

Comfortable, but could use a few updates to make it really nice. (Especially the kitchen) Met lots of nice owners and the grounds and pool are fantastic! Great location and the new ramp for the beach is wonderful! Pools are the best!!!!

Great Property

The property and location was really great. Right across the street from a small public beach access with public restroom, which was convenient. Great amenities (fire pit, pools). Golf cart rental right on property which was very nice. Only improvement that is suggested for the specific unit that we stayed in (106-A) which was on the first floor and had a large patio is that it would have been nice for the patio to have a gate access to the grounds, which would have made it a lot easier to get to the pool, fire pit, and beach access. Some of the first floor patios had a gate access to the grounds but this one did not.

The unit was spacious and beautiful with easy access to the beach. The kitchen and linen closets were well stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be slightly better instructions (or a map) for actually finding the unit on the property. It was late when we first arrived and in the darkness we had some trouble finding the correct parking garage.

Great property, great location. Internet never worked, and the cable never worked in the master bedroom. Cable was disconnected supposedly for non-payment two days prior to our departure. Gulf view should be clarified. The FIRST (not ground) floor does NOT provide a view of the ocean. We would return, but not to this unit.
