The open-concept living area invites you to unwind on the comfortable sofa or one of two accent chairs while catching up on your favorite shows on cable TV. Sliding glass doors draw your eye to the wooded views, leading out to a screened-in balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, access to a private screened-in balcony with a small table, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, accent chair, access to an oversized screened-in balcony with sitting area table for four, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.

o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.

o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.
