Vacation apartment "Kandahar" - the perfect vacation spot for hikers and skiers!

Our "Ferienhaus am Kreuzeck" is ideally located for skiers and hikers. Situated on the outskirts of the village, it offers all nature lovers the perfect starting point for extensive hiking tours or extensive cross-country skiing tours. The popular "Kreuzeck" ski area is just a few minutes away, and the cross-country ski trail is also in the immediate vicinity. You are also within walking distance of the "Hammersbacher Fußweg", which extends to the beautiful Zugspitz village of Hammersbach. The vacation home is located on the edge of an industrial area and enchants with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze and unspoiled mountain meadows. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, so you can reach the village center with its many restaurants and supermarkets in just a few minutes. The vacation home is ideal for group trips: Up to 15 people can be accommodated in the 2 apartments.

Our "Kandahar" vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and can accommodate up to eight people, who can spend time together in the spacious living and dining room.
The new kitchenette is already waiting for you! Here you will find everything you need to prepare and store delicious meals: an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge and of course all the necessary cooking utensils. For the perfect start to your day, you can use the electrical appliances such as the toaster and coffee machine - or the kettle for your tea in the evening. Thanks to the dishwasher, you don't have to worry about doing the dishes and can instead enjoy your vacation time in the beautiful natural surroundings.
In the living room you will also find a cozy couch and two comfortable armchairs: watch your favorite movie on TV while you make yourself comfortable here. The balcony is also located off the living room. A picturesque view of the surrounding mountain range creates a wonderful vacation feeling. Thanks to the existing furniture, you can let the sun shine on your face and enjoy the fresh Garmisch-Partenkirchen mountain air.

Three bedrooms offer enough space for all guests to retreat:
The master bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a spacious closet. With direct access to the balcony, you can get a portion of sunshine in the morning and start the day with plenty of fresh air. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet, washbasin and, of course, a mirror. The second bedroom also has box-spring beds: a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a single bed measuring 80 cm offer space for 3 people. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for your vacation wardrobe. There is direct access from the bedroom to the bathroom, which is shared with the guests in the neighboring bedroom. The bathroom has a shower tray and a toilet with washbasin.
Bedroom number 3 is located directly next door: this room can also accommodate up to 3 people and has a box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm as well as a single bed measuring 80 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.
Incidentally, you don't have to skimp on vacation wardrobe: There is a large wardrobe with a shoe cupboard and another closet in the hallway. The separate toilet is also located off the hallway.

There is a laundry room and a ski cellar in the basement of the house. A ski boot heater rounds off your vacation experience perfectly.
