The villa is filled with artifacts and delicate decor. All furnishing is steamed, sanitized, and maintained to standard before and after a guest's stay.



- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.



- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.



- Being in Goa, there are no restrictions on the property. This is a villa apartment meant to be for party bashes



- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged an additional fee. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.



- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.



- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.



- We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all bathrooms. Other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc. are all on request.



- BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
