2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible balcony. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!


Facility:

The “Südstrand Hus” Borkum was built in 2006 using traditional construction methods. The modern residential complex has four apartments, each with four beds, where dogs are also welcome. The two apartments on the ground floor have a fenced garden with a terrace, the upper apartments have a cozy balcony.
There is a bicycle shed on site where you can store your bicycles.
The location is quiet - right in the “Greune Stee” nature reserve and in close proximity to the south beach.
