Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience.

Interaction with Guests:
During your stay, you have direct access to the property manager via AIRBNB who will be there to help with any of your questions or concerns.

The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in the sought-after Imperial Point neighborhood. It’s a quiet and family-friendly community that is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. It’s also located less than 2 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea.

Getting Around:
Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You’ll be situated in a conveniently located neighborhood walkable to many shops and restaurants. While bringing your own car will give you the most flexibility, there are also many other transportation options for exploring the nearby areas: water taxis, sun trolleys, Uber or Lyft, and the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains.

Other Things to Note:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking is permitted
- Parties are not allowed
- Please notify hosts of any visitors
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
- Guests can park on the driveway
- The Garage is NOT available for use during your stay
- Please don’t block the sidewalk when parking
- No parking on the grass
- No commercial photography
- Don’t leave kids unsupervised in the pool area
- Don’t run on the pool deck to avoid slips & falls
- No diving in the pool
- Please refrain from rearranging furniture
- Don’t flush anything that could clog the toilet
- Avoid putting grease down the sink
- Maximum occupancy is 8
- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
- The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up
- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
