Nestled in a serene setting, our cottage boasts three spacious bedrooms, accommodating groups and families with ease. Wake up to breathtaking lake views and soothing sounds of nature. Free access to one kayak, one kids kayak, 1 inflatable paddle boat (with kayak seat), swimming mat and water toys.

The heart of the property is the beautiful patio area that overlooks the shimmering waters of Lake Rosalind. Lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, take in the panoramic views, and make memories around the firepit as you toast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. The BBQ grill invites you to sizzle up delicious meals, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness.

- Guest will have access to entire cottage during their stay.

We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay.

Very quite and peaceful waterfront neighborhood

- Two car parking available right outside the house. Check the guest manual or listing pictures for exact parking space.
- No parking at any other place at any time is allowed.

- No Parties/Events allowed at our place.

- Note: Boat Launch is not available to the guests (per the decision by Lake Rosalind association). Guest may however enjoy Kayaking/Swimming in the Lake.

- Guest booking the cottage should be minimum 25 years of age.

- Guests are requested to bring their own propane tank for BBQ and fire pit. There is an empty propane tank on the property and can be used by guests for exchanging with filled tanks.
HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and `de-smoking` of the house/unit.
• Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.
• Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
• If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
• Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
• Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
