You’ll be in one of Pocatello’s most walkable university districts — charming streets, local eateries, and all the energy of campus life just around the corner.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all three levels, two full kitchens, two living rooms, two laundry rooms, and the fully fenced backyard with hot tub, firepit, and BBQ area.

Self check-in is available via a smart lock for easy arrival anytime after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

There are no shared spaces — this home is exclusively yours during your stay.

Parking is available on-site, with ample space for multiple vehicles. Please follow parking instructions provided to respect the neighborhood.

Guests may use all amenities unless otherwise noted in the house rules.

The hot tub is available year-round and maintained regularly.

Basement and upper levels are fully climate-controlled for comfort in all seasons.

I’m available if you need anything during your stay but respect your privacy. You’ll enjoy self check-in and full access to the home, and I’m just a message away should questions come up or recommendations be needed. I’m happy to help with ISU events, local dining, or anything to make your stay comfortable.

The backyard renovations are in progress. This does limit the use of the backyard. the firepit will remain usable. The hot tub is available as of 3/3/26. Eventually the hot tub will be removed to make way for a swimming pool and permanent hot tub. Work will primarily happen on weekdays between working hours of 8:00-5:00. Some weekend work may happen to keep the project on schedule. We have discounted our price to show appreciation for your willingness to stay during our renovation.
1. Please be considerate of noise late in the evening or early in the morning. Our home is in a quaint residential neighborhood and we love our neighbors and maintain good relationships with them.

2. Park in the driveway if possible. When parking on the street please stay in front of the home and overflow to the church next door. We have parking permits to display in your car if parking on the street.

3. Pets are welcome, we ask that you keep all pets in areas with hard surfaces instead of carpet and please not on any beds or furniture.

4. Please don’t leave any pets in the home unattended. They are welcome to be be contained in the garage or the backyard.

5. If your stay includes time spent on Sunday please set the dumpsters on the road for an early Monday morning garbage day.

Upon exit please let us know when you check out, lock the door behind you, and travel safe.
