*$40 per day for heated pool set to 85°F. Please note that Pool Heaters can only increase pool tempature by 20-25°F above outdoor tempatures. During cooler months, 85°F is not guaranteed.
*The outdoor spa can not be guaranteed to reach desired tempatures in colder weather, and can not be heated simultaneously with the pool.
*This home does have a single step inside the home that leads to one bedroom and the kitchenette area. The home has two exterior steps leading to the front entrance

All infants (under age 2) after the first infant are counted towards the total number of guests. All children age 2 and older are always counted as guests.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE OUTSIDE: We want everyone to have fun but this is a very quite peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful!
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-8AM. (We just ask to please keep noise at reasonable levels to respect our neighbors).
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PRESMISIS
