Cette propriété se trouve sur 2 hectares dans un beau lotissement calme. 1 chambre 1 salle de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant Keruig, cafetière traditionnelle, friteuse, casserole, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et système adoucisseur d'eau. Toutes les commodités sont fournies. Si nous ne l'avons pas, il suffit de demander. Lakeland est situé entre Tampa et Orlando à quelques minutes de la I-4. Nous sommes situés à quelques minutes de Plant City et du Strawberry Festival. Près de Walmart, Publix, des gymnases locaux, des terrains de golf, du centre commercial et du cinéma et du bowling. Notre propriété est située dans un quartier très agréable et calme dans une rue sans issue parfaite pour des promenades en levrette ou une solitude tranquille. Grande cour avant ouverte. Cour arrière clôturée disponible sur demande car nous avons des chiens et des enfants qui l'utilisent toute la journée.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our stay. It was exactly what we needed. We were in town for an overnight race, and it was the perfect distance from the venue. It is the perfect size for two people. It has everything that you need for a getaway. If we are ever back in the area, we will defiantly stay again.

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot for our visit to FL, super close to our relatives. This property met the needs of our family during our stay. Nice quiet location, perfect for morning walks with our dog. Would stay here again.

They went above and beyond!

They not only allowed us to have a large family gathering with toddlers; Wendy was kind enough to set up tables and chairs including tablecloth and placemats, and, even toddler-sized versions!Entertaining a large party was no problem. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to even serve a traditional turkey dinner on serving platters!

Kelly is an great host. We stayed there for hurricane evacuation. The price point is excellent for the place. He was very responsive to any questions we may have had. All around good stay. And the area is well established with grocery, shopping and food galore

Cozy gem hidden in the outskirts of Lakeland. Within 10 minutes of downtown area. Comfortable, clean, and home away from home. Quiet, safe, and serene neighborhood. I will definitely stay there whenever I’m in town.

It was a great stay, we enjoyed the property and the neighborhood we enjoyed sitting outside under the canopy and the grandkids enjoyed seeing the goats and the swing in the front yard it’s a wonderful little apartment for me and my wife and big enough to have the kids and grandkids stop by and visit the owners are super nice and responded to any of our questions it was another wonderful stay at this property we have stayed here multiple times one of our favorites oh and the grandkids enjoyed a book from the book house out by the road we recommend this property to any couple that needs a quiet place to stay

Lakeland, Florida Stay - June 2023

I was especially pleased that this property is located in a very safe neighborhood. It is not located in downtown Lakeland, but it is in a very nice suburan neighborhood. Never once was I concerned about my safety. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The host and his family were very nice.

Simple, easy and relaxing.

Stayed here with my S.O. and my pup to visit a friend in Lakeland as well as enjoy some sunshine, beach days and relax. We drove all the way from P.A. so it was much appreciated the easy way to get into the place. Very pet friendly had a big front yard to play in, bowls waiting and a big shower to wash her up in. A nice front porch area to sit and relax in the shade and about an hour to Tampa for the beach days. Very friendly host/family, we are social people so we chatted a few different days but if you aren't that's good too, they can be very private as well. I would definitely come back to visit again.

Very accommodating

Easy check in and out process. Prompt communication. Was very accommodating of our 33 day stay. Changed out some furniture for us to make for a more comfortable stay. Place is plenty big enough for family of 4 (plus one Great Dane). Home was clean and stocked kitchen ware etc. Residence is quiet and private with plenty of parking. Convenient to everything . No problem with cable or cell service. Overall was very pleased.

Love dogs, but......

Yes this place has a nice fenced in backyard as stated but owner failed to mention he has a very energetic and dominant dog. Would not have taken our 10 yr. old dog. The location of the place was great and in a very nice neighborhood but not comfortable enough for a month long stay. Living room only had sofa and no chair so you couldn't lay and watch TV because the other person had no where to sit. Can't see how a family of 4 could stay more than a few days.

Great Retreat

We booked this cottage to get away from the hurricane. Kelly was super nice and helpful with everything. We had 2 dogs and a cat with us. Great yard for the dogs to run. When the storm hit, we lost power, but they had a generator that kept us going. We didn't feel unsafe at all and with the carport for our cars, they were protected too. Really great property spacious enough for all of us. Thank you again for taking care of us and our pets during our stay. Definitely a 5 star service.

We are originally from Ohio but have lived have lived here in Florida with our children for almost 20 years. We enjoy meeting families from different cultures, states and countries.

Lakeland offers a quiet town feel while being close to Tampa and Orlando which offer multiple activities. We are 30 minutes from Legoland, and Busch Gardens. 45 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal, and Sea World. We are located about 20 minutes from Joker Merchant Stadium, Dinosaur World. 5 minutes from Sun 'n' Fun Fly-In. Close to many beautiful freshwater fishing lakes and Florida Southern College which has the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright structures in one place.
