The “Bao” Experience

The Villa is positioned diagonally across from the small uninhabited islet of Bao, offering a front-row seat to one of the island's most pristine and untouched views.
On a calm day, you can reach the islet in about 15 minutes by following the shoreline before crossing directly over. Alternatively, take a 5-minute stroll (or 1-minute drive) to a closer point for a brief
5-minute crossing through relatively shallow waters (please note that parking at this point is limited). We provide everything you need to make this island-hopping adventure effortless.

The Private Natural Dock

A set of stairs to the right leads to a flat rock area and a small natural dock. It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, sun gazing or as a pick-up and drop-off point for a small Rib boat on calm days.

Guest Access & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate throughout their stay. To ensure the villa remains pristine, we provide a discreet two-hour daily cleaning service along with professional pool and garden maintenance. Our dedicated caretaker, Elias, will also check in daily to ensure the villa remains in perfect condition.

Sink into our top-of-the-line 7-seater outdoor heated Jacuzzi—the ultimate spot for soaking in the sunset or relaxing at night with a glass of wine under the stars.

• Lounging & Dining: Two stylish outdoor dining areas shaded by wooden pergolas and illuminated by cozy timed candles for a magical evening ambiance.

• Al Fresco Cooking: A traditional charcoal-fire BBQ is available for authentic outdoor dining on relatively windless days. For your convenience and safety, our caretaker Elias, is available to assist with the setup. Alternatively, we can arrange for a private chef to handle the grilling for you.

• The Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen stands ready for our guests or a private chef to prepare local Mediterranean delicacies.

• Sophisticated Accommodations: Each bedroom provides the comfort, cleanliness and standards of a luxury Mykonian hotel. Every room features blackout shutters, independent air-conditioning and a private safe.

• Flexible Bedding: Our beds feature luxury mattress toppers that convert single setups into seamless Kings. Please let us know your preferred configuration in advance; we highly recommend the King setup for maximum comfort.

• Linens & Essentials: We provide crisp white bed linens along with plush bathroom towels and dedicated pool/beach towels. Sheets and towels are refreshed twice weekly.

• Premium Toiletries: All bathrooms are fully stocked with high-end essentials including a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, Q-tips and a few extras like makeup remover wipes and cotton pads.
