This 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat sleeps up to 5 and was made for guests who want to actually stay — seasonal visitors, families, and anyone who's learned that the McGregor corridor is the right side of Fort Myers. The leather sofa anchors a comfortable living room with a full sleeper, large Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi that handles streaming and video calls without a hiccup. The fully equipped kitchen means real meals, not takeout every night. The bathroom brings a touch of design intention — LED backlit mirror and blue ambient lighting that make even a Tuesday night feel like a getaway.



Step outside and you're underneath a genuine tropical canopy. The mango grove wraps the property in shade, privacy, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find this close to the beach — this is Old Florida atmosphere without leaving your backyard. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, which consists of two separate units, along with a private carport and driveway. Your space is private and self-contained, with its own entrance through the front door or via the carport into the dining area. The mango grove bordering the backyard is a scenic backdrop to enjoy from the patio.

Where you are: Whiskey Creek area — residential, quiet, central. On McGregor Boulevard's corridor, one of the most iconic stretches in SWFL (Thomas Edison planted the royal palms lining it in 1901).

Other Things to Note:

The property is a duplex — your unit is fully private with its own entrance, and the adjacent unit may be occupied separately. You won't share any interior spaces.



Laundry is available in the private laundry room off the carport, accessed with a key you'll find at the property. Full instructions are in the House Manual.



The driveway and road are gravel — easy to navigate but worth knowing if you're arriving after dark.



The mango grove is a working grove. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shade and tropical setting from the yard; access into the grove itself is restricted for safety.
