GUEST PERKS & STARTER PACK We want you to start your vacation the moment you walk through the door! To get you settled, we provide a Complimentary Starter Pack:
•Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, dish soap, and a fresh sponge.
•Bathrooms: 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
•Laundry: A supply of detergent to get your first few loads started.
•Linens: All beds are triple-sheeted with fresh linens, and we provide one full set of high-quality bath towels per person.
Note: Towels are provided by the resort for the pool areas!
THE GRANDE CAYMAN VIBE The Grande Cayman Resort is a vibrant, family-friendly community. While the resort is generally peaceful, the sounds of happy families and children playing are common during the day.

PEACE OF MIND & SECURITY
•Travel Insurance: Because we are located in a beautiful coastal area, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This protects your trip against unforeseen weather, travel delays, or medical emergencies.
•Exterior Security: The resort does have outdoor security cameras monitoring public spaces for your safety and security..
HOUSE STANDARDS (The "Red Tape") To maintain a 5-star environment for all residents and guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following HOA and House Rules:
Parking: You will receive two parking passes. A parking pass is required (waiting for you inside the condo). Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles, golf carts or trailers on the premises.
Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Pet-Free Zone: Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed. (Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine).
Smoke-Free Home: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including the balcony). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Check-out: To ensure our cleaning team has time to make the home "spotless" for the next guest, checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply to protect our cleaning schedule.
VIP Resort Access (Wristbands) The Grande Cayman Resort is a private-access facility. Per HOA regulations, all guests are required to wear resort wristbands to access the pool decks, lazy river, and waterpark. For your convenience, these wristbands will be waiting for you inside the condo upon arrival.
