The newly renovated vacation home offers plenty of space for 11 people and a toddler across nearly 110 square meters of living space. The large, bright kitchen is fully equipped. The living/dining room provides ample space even when fully occupied.

The large solid wood table and comfortable upholstered chairs invite you to gather together, whether for shared meals, cozy game nights, or celebrations?even with a larger group.

Four of the five separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, nightstands, and a spacious wardrobe. A larger bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed and a single bed.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while all other bedrooms are situated on the upper floor.

Right next to the front door is the paved south-facing terrace and the garden. Here, too, there is plenty of seating for our guests.

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, a spacious sink area, and a shower. Another bathroom with a toilet and sink area is located on the upper floor. This bathroom also features a washing machine and a dryer.

Of course, a grill is available to you free of charge and invites you to enjoy convivial barbecue evenings.
