The villa was perfect for our family of 11. It was clean and well maintained. Communication with Luis, our concierge was perfect. The cleaning staff were excellent. It is a beautiful site and a steep but lovely walk to the marina and downtown area. We were very happy there for a week. Amazing views, beautiful pool, patio and hot tub.

Everything was amazing for our stay! Lots of room inside and out. The house and view are even prettier than the pictures online. Beth & Noemi helped us set everything up beforehand, they were both awesome. Pablo was our concierge while there, and he was amazing as well and very accommodating. Roy was our driver and always responded when we needed a ride to and from adventures. Cannot say enough good things!

Fabulous Place to Stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cabo! We had a large group of people to celebrate my 40th bday party and the layout was great. The main house was perfect for families with kids and the additional rooms below were ideal for those who wanted to get away from the noise. The walk to town and the beach is not bad as long as you bring the right shoes!

Pedregal Stay

Came out for my 40th birthday. The house wonderful. You do need to take an Uber to get in and out of the property. A typical Uber is about 5-10 US Dollars. We had Uber Eats deliver food which also was very convenient. The area is very safe and you can walk down to the beach on the Pacific side, you just can’t get into the water.

This home exceeded our expectations. The picture does the home no justice. We had a group of 14 to celebrate my 40th bday and the home was beautiful. Plenty of space for each person to relax. The home is very close to town but I would definitely recommend that you take a taxi because of the steep hills. Celebrating 20th Anniversary with group of 11 friends

This house was perfect for our group - each couple had their own room/private bath. The pool/hot tub was clean and great for our group. Only downside was not having one table for our group to have a sit down dinner - but we worked with your vendors to create a beautiful outdoor dining experience!! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe! We used CaboVillas to ensure our groceries were purchased before we arrived, we had two meals prepared at the house and our amazing house manager helped us set up transportation for our whole group when we went to town. I would highly recommend this house and the services!!

Outside space and views !!!!

The main house is wonderful. The pool, main deck, grilling area and hot tub are great. There are three bedrooms inside the house and the rest of the bedrooms are all located out of the house with entry from the outside. The outside bedrooms were lacking dresser space of any kind and there was no where to put clothes. There were not tv’s in the outside rooms. Luis was wonderful and the house keeping staff as well.
