The Space:

Come relax in paradise in this newly built home with 2,718 square feet snuggled up on the beaches of Dauphin Island! Relax on the covered and comfortably furnished deck and breathe in the fresh salt air that is perfect for lounging and watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. Do not forget that your dog is also welcome during your visit, but you might want to wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before they come in. There is one flight to enter, however this home features a private elevator that makes getting in and out a breeze.



What's Nearby:

Situated directly on the sandy white beaches, you only have to walk down the steps to put your toes in the sand at the water's edge. You're less than three miles away from favorite local restaurants like Waves DI, Island Rainbow, and more! Alternatively, you can hop on the ferry (less than four miles from the house) across the bay to visit Ft. Morgan and Gulf Shores for an exciting day adventure.

Magnificent home right on the beach. Covered back balcony offers a breeze in the shade when you need to get out of the sun or get a bite to eat. The sun deck below is great for all times of day as well as the swing and the beach is mere steps away from the back door. The outdoor shower and water rinse areas were very helpful with removing sand and not tracking into the house. The whole place was very clean with top of the line appliances, large kitchen, and plenty of space for larger groups. The property contact was very quick to respond to any questions we had as well. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy island life and to go see the sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely be back to this property again one day!!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we went in the home. It was more spacious and beautiful than the pictures portrayed. It was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor shower and additional hose for getting sand off before coming into the house were great. 2 refrigerators really helped out with our large family. The elevator was a lifesaver for me as I was having major knee problems and it enabled me to get to the beach with my family (also made bringing our things and groceries up so much easier). The only thing that I wish had been working and wasn't was the ice machine. We reported it, but never heard back about it. We would definitely recommend the home and plan to rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home that is right on the beach on Dauphin Island!

Unfortunately it was a pretty windy week to enjoy the beach, but we still had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family.

The house was even better than the pictures. It was clean and well stocked. We ate all our meals on the expansive ocean front deck. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We could easily keep an eye on our children as they played in the surf. The extra drink refrigerator, stand alone ice machine, and elevator added so much convenience. We would stay here again.

Great Beach House!

We loved this house! It was a great location, very clean & good for all of our family including our special needs son who greatly benefited from the elevator. We hope to rent this house again in the near future!
