Fun time with family.

This place had what we needed. We liked the layout, but our favorite place was the deep balcony. Great view and roomy.

Girls trip

We had a great stay and would return again. The balcony was wonderful and only a short walk to the beach everyday. Can’t wait to return! The only small negative was for cleanliness - we found chips and a chips bag in the living room - otherwise the place was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We had a great time!

We had a lot of fun. This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 4 ladies and 5 teenage girls. Fully stocked and all we had to do was buy food and supplies. Would recommend

Great place

This property was direct beach front with umbrella and chair service right there. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets and toilet paper. There was plenty of dishes etc and plenty to space. The pool was large and everyone was behaved. The elevator was quick and there was plenty of carts for move in/out.

Right on the beach

My husband and I were there with our teenage daughter and her 2 friends. I liked how our bedroom was a little away from theirs. The condo was right on the beach was was great when we just wanted to do a little beachin’ and then go right back to the condo. The condo is in walking distance to stores.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our long weekend in this condo. The living room was very spacious with plenty of seating. The kitchen lacked basics like pot holders and spatulas. The master bathroom was a little small but upgrades were nice. I was concerned about the slick shower floors. My elderly parents were not at all comfortable with the slick finish. Some type of anti skid strips or mat should be used. The large balcony was very nice. Lots of room for everyone. This condo is in a great location. It’s close to most of our favorite restaurants: Fish River Grill, Wolf Bay, Big Mike’s Steakhouse, Brick and Spoon, Luna’s and Cosmos. The grounds were well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

50th birthday trip

The condo was in great location and convince to beach was great. The condo was not clean with food on cabinets and in fridge. Also roach in kitchen and multiple roach traps found. Fixtures in bathroom rusted and very dusty. Also when stay was booked construction was not supposed to be going on during our time of stay but was notified after cancel date that construction would be going on. No discounts given due to construction. Vasca was very responsive to complaints . Overall a good condo with amazing balcony and space just needs some extra cleaning and updating to rusted fixtures

Overall good

The property overall was ok. We were a little disappointed that the indoor pool and gym were in a separate building with an uncovered walk being it was storming and we couldn’t make use of the pool which is the main reason we search for properties with indoor pools (in the event it rains and we can’t go to the beach or outdoor pool). The unit itself could use some updating especially the mattresses and the sofa/sofa bed. The sofa bed is horrible and could not be slept on at all even by a child. We did love the large spacious balcony and the view. We also liked that the balcony was set away from the pool which eliminated a lot of noise. Over all the unit was great.

Family/Friend beach cacation

First off the property was under construction, it wasn’t supposed to be. Refrigerator didn’t work for the first four days of booking. Solution was to bring us a dirty cooler for nine people. Luckily we had brought coolers for fishing. Stove/oven didn’t work well. Hot water in sinks took forever to get hot. The only plus was the view from balcony. Balcony was spacious though. The situation with the refrigerator wasn’t handled very well, made for a rough trip with 5 kids. Had to go to store daily for ice cutting into vacation time. Parking sucked do to construction and people not following rules evidently. Check in/out was easy. Will NOT return to this property, advise against it.
