The Space:

Featuring cool coastal hues inside and a well-furnished, beach-facing balcony, it may be hard to decide where to spend your time at this spacious Orange Beach condo. Floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views let you enjoy the beach even when your toes aren't in the sand. This rental also includes a full, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area where up to 10 guests can enjoy each other's company. Downstairs, keep your skills sharp while on vacation with the on-site putting green, basketball court, and Omni tennis courts. Or, enjoy the shared indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub.



Just half a mile from Summer House, Adventure Island offers family-friendly fun like mini-golf, bumper boats, go-karts, and an arcade, all in the shadow of a five-story volcano that actually erupts! The 6,500 acre Gulf State Park is conveniently close offering miles of hiking trails, beaches, picnic pavilions, and its popular fishing pier. Head west along Beach Boulevard to find several beachside restaurants and shops, or travel less than three miles east to SanRoc Cay Marina for fine dining, boutique shopping, and adventure opportunities like deep sea fishing, diving, and more!

Perfect Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay at 404 B. Spacious master bed and bath with balcony access was so nice. The balcony was nicely furnished and a great size for a large family.

Great Girls Trip

We had a great time on our girls trip. Very clean, no signs of mice as mentioned in earlier posts. Everything was very clean, well stocked, easy access to beaches and everything else. We enjoyed our stay!

the location was perfect, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable. the only thing, and this is just a me thing, too many mirrors. overall it was great and i would definitely stay again.

Beach Please!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property!! The pictures were an accurate representation and the home fit our group nicely!! Easy access to the beach was perfect and the pool was great. The property felt private but still easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. The check-in process was super easy and efficient. We loved the easy checkout process and that it didn’t have a giant list of chores to do! We will definitely plan to stay again!

Family vacation

Easy access to beach, kitchen well equipped (also has small crock pot), nice decor. Beds are VERY firm. Lots of extra pillows and blankets available. 2 beach chairs provided. We brought tennis racquets and a basketball, but never were able to locate the courts.

Thanksgiving at the beach.

We had a great time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than any of the others we have stayed in. Loved the location on the fourth floor and the large balcony. We also enjoyed the built in ice maker so convenient. If I had to say one negative it would be the location of indoor pool. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Not Clean

Mold located through out the condo, dirty floors, and moldy showers. Needs updating in kitchen area. Would not recommend this unit.

Bleh...

The property looks larger and nicer in photos. We arrived to beds that clearly weren’t washed as there was sand on the beds. Floors were dirty with sand etc as well. Refrigerator was in poor shape. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the vacuum (apparently the cleaners don’t know either 😞) and The rental agency was of no help. Way overpriced. Would never stay here again.

Great concept but failed on delivery

I booked through VRBO as I typically do all our vacations wasn't an issue. However when I was then directed to Vacasa, the problems started. They take 24 hours at least to respond to any requests or questions. I was disappointed with their service before we went and during our stay. Let's talk about the condo. PROS: Great location Awesome views Spacious CONS Dirty floors, kitchen and furniture Limited parking due to construction leaking toilet (which I reported & was attempted repair only to be fully broken by the plumber leaving 8 ppl with 1 toilet for 24 hrs) Cockroaches fridge needs replaced as it has rust & mildew icemaker struggles & is very noisy black on ceilings dirty dishes If none of the CONS bother you, then this condo is made for you !

Poor customer service

We booked from a Thursday until Sunday. From day one we notice the AC was not working. We tried to deal with it but decided on the final day to call so we could get a comfortable nights rest for the drive home. The agent was very inconsiderate with no intention on helping fix the issue. We called repeatedly for 12 hours and wasted the last day of our trip, that we paid for, on the phone and couldn’t enjoy our stay. We were told to do the same thing over and over even though we told them it wasn’t working. They continued to try and get our group to provide labor for them and refused to call a maintenance technician. Finally at 7 pm they called maintenance and come to find out the AC unit was broke and required service. We did not receive an apology and wasted a complete day of our vacation dealing with this. Customer service was awful and I would not recommend dealing with this agent.

Wonderful time at the beach

It was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, puzzles, etc. The porch had a table and chairs plus nice chairs to relax in. I have a few comments, and these are not complaints, just helpful comments, I hope. A mouse visited us the first night and got into some fruit we left on the counter. Later we saw a set mouse trap in the closet. It would have been helpful to know when we got there not to leave fruit, bread and crackers out. Also, the pillow shams in the master BR need mending. And, the porch door in the living room apparently doesn't lock. There is mildew on the master BR ceiling that probably needs to be addressed. And, the LR floor should be mopped occasionally as well as swept or vacuumed. It looked clean, but our feet got really dirty walking around on it. I loved this unit, and would like to stay here again, so I am just trying to be helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great, right in the center of everything. The walk from the condo to the beach was the shortest we’ve ever had. The rental chairs on the beach were well spaced out. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and space for family.

We enjoyed the balcony furnishings and large dining table. Kitchen was well appointed but appliances needed updating. Property Mgmt issues with cleanliness and maintenance issue never resolved.

Fabulous stay for a senior beach trip!

Another mother and I brought six HS grads here for their senior trip. They, and us, had a fabulous time! The room arrangements were great, kitchen well stocked and access to pool and beach were a breeze!
