Custom construit la maison idéale pour une escapade tranquille. Trois chambres à coucher divisée plan avec les deux salles de bains. Buanderie, véranda de l'écran, et garage deux voitures. Back Yard et les cours latérales boisé sur une rue calme avec des voisins à proximité, mais pas juste à côté de vous. Facile d'accès à la route principale qui vous emmène dans Dunnellon ou Crystal River. Maison a une véranda carrelée et tamisé qui est un endroit parfait pour se détendre. Voyages à principales attractions ne sont pas trop loin. Revenir à la maison pour se détendre.

Nice home, very clean and comfortable.

We had a very nice stay in this home. The location is close to several nature attractions. The home is in a secluded neighborhood and very quiet. It is clean and well supplied. We will certainly stay at this home again.

Lovely place in a quiet setting

This was our second stay in this house. It is located near the Withlacoochee Trail—close enough to bike to from the house. Lots of good food options in nearby Dunnellon. We loved the privacy of the lanai. River kayaking is also nearby. Not close to beaches, so no rowdy spring breakers. Nicely furnished and well maintained.

Scalloping Weekend

We were in town for the weekend to scallop. The house is about a half an hour from the Crystal River or Homosassa River boat ramps. The house was exceptionally clean and set up perfectly for our family of four. It would have also been perfect for three couples. There are three bedrooms with three queen size beds. We had plenty of room to park our 25-foot boat on a trailer. We were able to leave it hooked up to the truck and just go each morning. The owners were extremely good communicators and I received my check quickly. Plus, they were willing to mail cell phone chargers that we accidentally left at the house. We would definitely go back for scalloping.

clean and peaceful

Very quiet location (for me). Very clean house (for my wife). Well supplied kitchen (for both of us). Nearby great 8 ft wide 86 mile long paved biking/running/walking path and state park. Nearest small cities are not touristy (sorry, no t-shirt shops!). Several very good nearby locally owned restaurants. 20-30 minutes to larger cities. 30 minutes or less to gulf, manitee watching, more good restaurants. 5 minutes to withlacoochie river tour. Not for night life people. Local golf course is closed but there are several more nearby. Bass fishing reputation in withlacoochie, big launch ramp nearby and a much smaller one too. Absolutely need a car.

Beautiful Trip !

Our stay at Citrus Spring was simply amazing.We had originally booked in Naples, but the rental fell through so we had to scavenge last minute for a different place. As a Miami resident we wanted to travel somewhere for the 4th of July weekend that wasn't crowded, or involved the beach, somewhere closer to nature. I found this beautiful house, and thankfully Deborah was so patient, and helpful with the entire process even though it was last minute. The house is very clean, well maintained and even more spacious than what the pictures show. We arrived on July 4th and enjoyed a festival and fireworks at Crystal river. The next day we headed to Rainbow river for a day of BBQ, and swimming. Both parks are gorgeous and only 15 minutes or so from the house. I posted pictures of my trip on social media, and everyone immediately asked where it was located and commented on how beautiful it is. Needless to say I would recommend this property to everyone I know !

Citrus Springs Getaway

Spacious 3 BR home was more than what was needed for just my wife and I but everything was great. It is a very peaceful neighborhood but still just a short ride to everything that you need. Having the use of a garage was also very convenient. I can't wait to return.

Nice home!

We stayed for a week and the home is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The internet was slow but that’s job at the area as our relatives live there and have the same issues. We would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood & good location.

Loved this house , We felt right at home here. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, everything you can possibly need for your stay, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Toilet Paper, Laundry Detergent, Bleach, Washer & Dryer, Dish Washer, Coffee Maker. This house was awesome I would highly recommend to anyone needing a home away from home. I will definitely be renting this house again on my next trip to Florida if its available. Thank You so much Deborah for letting I stay in your wonderful house.

Cleanest VRBO ever!

Great experience throughout. The property was by far the cleanest I’ve stayed at on any vacation. Great space for our 30ft boat. Can’t think of a single dislike.

Great location and lovely home

Great place! Loved the area. Nice house with good kitchen. Showers were nice and bedrooms very nice. Only suggestion is maybe a couch for the future no big deal but the smaller chairs made it slightly difficult to rest with the family. I know I saw complaints about bugs but honestly it wasn’t bad and I saw the owner has taken the time to spray ortho but defense so I had absolutely no complaints overall. Great stay would do again!

Very clean and comfortable

Great central location for exploring Crystal River, Homosassa and Rainbow Springs. We really enjoyed the screened-in back porch. The only downside was a spotty internet connection, otherwise everything was perfect.
