The Space:

Wake up within sight of golden sand and emerald waters at this Gulf Shores home, a charming, colorful duplex with a multi-level balcony, air conditioning, an angled view of the beach down the road, and community access to a hot tub and a fitness center!



This condo is located in Gulf Shores' Plantation Cottages, mere steps from the community's indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, and boardwalk that leads to the beach. You'll be just a few minutes from the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Gulf State Park, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. You'll always come home to views of the Gulf and shared grills for summer barbecues.



Things to Know

Snowbird friendly

Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.

Guests do not have access to the indoor pool and fitness room. The amenities key does not provide access to indoor facilities.

Nice Spot Close to the Beach

Property was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by smaller pools and hot tubs. Duplex was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 (with plenty of space for kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend. Couple minor points that could be improved: internet did not work and the property manager didn’t do enough to correct the issue. Also, this property does not have access to the indoor pool (which is important during the cold months and entertaining children). I felt like the vrbo posting was misleading there.

Perfect for a family. Short walk to the beach and on the Plantation property. Access to all the amenities and very low key area. Fantastic for the price.

Great Place

This house is wonderful and has access to a private beach, Plantation outdoor pools and a hot tub. The beaches are beautiful and clean. We were not able to access the fitness room or either of the indoor pool or hot tubs even with the appropriate key card.

Wonderful getaway

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. Rooms and beds were nice. Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. Everything was very clean! Location to the beach and pools was fantastic! The view of the gulf from the porches was an added bonus! We are a family of 8 and we had plenty of room. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

So much fun!!!

We had a great experience with this place. The only thing and it’s super small is I wish we knew a little more about some amenities that were unavailable to us. But we still had a great time!!! It did not bother us at all! Kitchen is really nice and fully stocked! That is something we had problems with at other houses. We had to get all of our on food, even condiments, but with covid that was expected. Overall it’s a fantastic place to stay!!! Beach was great!

We had a great time here. There were two families of four. Four adults and four kids so the layout worked perfectly for us. Loved the location in relation to the pool and beach.

This was quiet and clean. We loved being steps from the pool. I could see the kids in the pool from the balcony. Then just at the end of the lane was the beach. The house was great. Plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked, even with a Crock-Pot! We had a great time.

The house was very nice and very close to the water my grandbabies really enjoyed themselves nothing but great things to say about our experience especially during this time of grief. We just lost our mother-in-law. And my husband's mother. So this day together really meant a lot to us. Thank you for just being professional. As we were in the process of our grieving. The planation never disappoints us.

This property is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach and pools. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and sleeping areas. The pools were very clean and the basketball courts/tennis courts were top notch.

Best Vacation Ever

The property was perfect for us. We have 3 children; two teenagers and one elementary child. They loved the beach, but there were 2 pools right in front of the rental. My husband and I could sit on the balcony and watch our children swim in the pool without having to be out in the sun. We could yell over to them if they were getting into mischief. I felt very comfortable sitting in our location while our children were swimming. Not only was it close to 2 of the pools, it took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We took advantage of everything the property had to offer: Free movies, shuffle board (had to google how t play---no clue), tennis courts, pools, and more. It wasn't noisy at all and the size of the condo was perfect for our family. We could have had a few more people join us easily. We will definitely be back sometime soon.
