I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us. We continually strive for excellence and try to do our very best for all of our guests, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fail. I have personally looked into each issue with the staff of both companies, in an attempt to correct and improve customer service and policies. The guest called the front desk requesting a late checkout before 10 am and was informed that they could not as another guest was checking in that afternoon. When the housekeeper entered the property after 11 am to clean for the arriving guest, she found the guests had not left. Unfortunately, an employee from a different company overheard that the guest was not leaving the property and took it upon themselves to call security. Security, who us employed by the home owners association contacted the guest without the our knowledge and informed her that she must leave the property. The guest left the condo at 11:45.
