Pros: Spacious and clean, well maintained, great location, easy access to the beachCons: Bedroom by the front door gets very warm and the ceiling fan did not work, needed more seating options on the balcony, it’s huge which was great but only had one small table and four chairs, and a broom and dustpan would have been handy to have in the condo. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we hope to come back and stay again!

We had a great time in this property. The condo itself is extremely well laid-out for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen has everything families need for cooking. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy walk to the pool and the beach.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the spacious condo. The condo was very clean. Would like for the patio furniture to be repaired or replaced and the oven repaired. Otherwise a very nice condo. Easy beach access! We would stay here again!!

MANAGER UPDATE-- Property Manager will go take a look at the patio furniture and if it needs repair work or replacement, we will get with the owner to have that taken care of. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. Perfect for our girls getaway so we decided to stay again. We were so dissatisfied after we arrived to find that the pool bathrooms were closed and then they closed the pool completely after day 3 for the rest of our 8 day stay. This also included the ice machine. We also had to endure the daily sound of jack hammers! One of the tv’s in the master bedroom did not work and even though we reported it nothing was ever done. The main tv would buffer a lot making it hard to watch a movie. We talked to others staying and they had been notified in advance which could have given them the opportunity to cancel but we were not. We booked this months in advance. The main idea of our girls trip is to relax in the pool and spend time together. So this was a big disappointment to us. The condo was as described but trip was ruined.

Great Condo!

Very clean and easy to access. Large balcony and spacious rooms. Only a couple of small things- mattresses needed replacing and are worn, front bedroom with twin beds is a little hot (maybe a vent issue). Otherwise, it’s a great stay for large families.

Great place for four generations to stay together.

Really enjoyed the condo. It is very spacious. We had 7 people from ages 82-12. Plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy in the bedrooms. Loved the view. Beach and pool were clean and easy to get to. Especially like the little coffee/bar area with the Keurig. The balcony was very large and enjoyed by all. The African decorations are so interesting.

Wonderful spacious condo on the beach

We had a thoroughly lovely time staying at the property. It's well decorated with tons of space. Be warned you will need to provide just about everything consumable (coffee filters, basic seasonings, dishwasher detergent, etc.) only a single days worth of coffee and dishwashing was provided. Not our usual VRBO / Air B and B experience in that regard.

The condo was very nice and just the right size or us with our grown married children so that they each had their own bedroom and bath. It was a nice time together even though we could not get in the water for two days due to the hurricane. One of the lounge chairs was a bit crooked, the code didn't work when we got there, but someone worked with us to change it so we could get in the room. All in all a great experience..

I've had the pleasure of being able to travel multiple different places and room in multiple abodes but I can easily say, this rental has managed to top them all. It exceeded our expectations. Everything we want in a rental was provided--easy check-in and check-out, excellent views of the beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, working internet, plenty of linen, a kitchen with the proper tools to cook and eat. The neighborhood was nice and there was quick to local stores and eateries but also a short drive to neighboring Pensacola. Overall, it was a perfect rental to make our getaway perfect.
