The Space:

This magnificent condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. A304 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, yellows, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to the Boardwalk where there are shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Stunning ocean view w/ amazing sunsets just steps from the beach!

Spacious, updated ocean-view condo w/ great pools/hot tubs overlooking the beach. Cherry on top: beach chairs & umbrellas set up every AM for use until 5PM. Waffle House adjacent to property +++++!

By far my favorite!!

I have been visiting Waterscape since 2009. This unit is by far my favorite I've stayed in. The design & decor is so relaxing & the view is absolutely PERFECT!! You can hear the waves from the balcony w/ a beautiful view of the beach & the amazing pool area. I will definitely be back!

The complex was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I wish the walk to the beach was not long as it is. Having to go through pool access and walk around it to get to beach walkway is a bit much when carrying items to beach.

Overall a good expierence and excellent view!

Everything in the room was spotless and set up as it should be. The view is as good as it gets without paying the premium dollar for the big rooms at the end of the building. The washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen had the necessary things to grill out with (lots of grills on the property). The customer service was awesome and reached out to us a couple times to confirm we were happy. There was a small issue with the frame of the pull out sofa being pushed through and causing the sofa to not sit level.

Nice Condo

The condo was nicely located next to the pool and beach. All the pools were clean and nice to use. The patio furniture was not accurate to the picture but still useful. The master bathroom toliet needs looked at as it constantly runs and the living room furniture could be a little more comfortable. However, the beds were very comfortable. A couple blankets would be nice to have in the condo when relaxing and chilly after a Suntan burn. Other than that we were very happy with the unit and our stay.

A must read summary..

Overall happy with room, few minor things once arrived, stove & microwave lights both out, stove drawer off the track and was impossible to open. Some new skillets are needed, baking sheet was ok. The smell once we entered was like fast food or where something was cooked on the stove and the vent not ran. We bought fresh lien air freshener for the room and left it so the next guest would not have that same compliant. The view was good! Plenty of towels in baths which was nice! I felt like the outside entry of the condo could/should have been vacuumed. Overall ok with location and would stay at Waterscape again but a different room. Thank you.
