The Space:

High Pointe 2421 This lovely condo sitting on the fourth floor offers great views overlooking the lagoon-style pool and out over the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, as well as two queen-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, this unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bathroom has been completely renovated for 2024. The kitchen was remodeled in 2025 and features all new appliances, making it a perfect space to prepare meals, while the well-equipped layout and beautiful dining table make family dinners a blast. The living area with casual furnishings offers an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms boast new furniture as of 2022. Enjoy the amazing views of High Pointe from the private balcony.



The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Very nice condo, gorgeously remodeled, very clean!

We loved this condo! Great location, easy check in process, loved having the extra 2 bike rentals for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Great location, clean and updated furnishings, pool and ocean view, short walk to the beach and to all the restaurants. Loved the included umbrella and chairs and bikes. Will stay again.

Loved our vacation

High Pointe was absolutely wonderful. I have stayed at the same resort in the past, but this condo is beautiful. The owners really did an amazing job with the decor, this is one of the nices condos in the resort. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach get away with us.

Beautiful Sanctuary

This is a amazing place to stay! It is beautifully decorated and has everything that you would need at the beach. It is centrally located on 30A to be able to walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. It has quite the amazing view of the pool and the ocean. I can not say enough about this property! Very well maintained and a restful place!

Excellent Accommodations and a Beautiful Area

Super clean, super comfortable, extraordinary pool and gorgeous beach! Will stay again. Just 2 gripes: 1) the master shower is really nice, glass with mosaic tile, but they have like a $5 shower head that makes the water feel like a sandblaster... 2) there were a couple of lights burnt out ¯/_(ツ)_/¯ The pros vastly outweigh the cons, book it!

Remodel was really nice. We enjoyed stay.

Nice to get away. Great pools. Crabby Steves is awesome. Our set back is we are accustom to homes and it was a little close quarters if you are accustomed to larger spaces. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has small children.

Beautiful View, Condo Offered Everything We Wanted

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, luxurious condo! The property offered everything we wanted: close proximity to the beach and restaurants, free beach chairs/umbrella, free bikes, beautiful/clean pool, and a bar/grill on site. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. We'll definitely visit the High Pointe community again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay

Loved our stay. Gorgeous view from the terrace. Beautiful home. Very well equipped. Super clean. Perfect location. Easy to get assistance if needed. Wish we didn’t need to wear the wrist bands but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Already looking at booking for next year.

Its our 4th time at HP and the entire experience and room location was very positive. Clean condo and had all we needed for our stay. If we needed something it was a very short walk to the resort offices and they took care of it. My family really enjoyed the stay and the registration process was easy. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful!

We loved the condo -we couldn’t have been more pleased.The HiPointe Resort was so convenient to the pool and the gulf and the town of Rosemary Beach in general. The only downside was that the hot tub was being worked on and the pool was somewhat dirty because the pump had a problem. We would definitely go back!

The property was excellent, the unit was beautiful and very clean!

The unit is decorated beautifully with such attention to detail. It gave us such feeling of comfort, yet it was glamourous! The view over the pool and out to the gulf was amazing too. The property inside and out of the condo was well maintained. While we were there we enjoyed Rosemarie Beach shops, beachfront and nearby shopping as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back and recommend this location and unit to our family and friends.

Very nice property!

Very nice, safe, family friendly area. This co do is directly across from food, shopping & entertainment. The lagoon pool was great for the kids. 2 of the bikes that came with the room were ancient, but still functioned. Bathroom fan in the master bath did not operate & the toilet ran a lot. Condo was very comfy and decorated nicely. Beds were extremely comfortable. Really great location.

Great location

Overall the stay was nice and the location was great! Decor is as nice as the photos make it look! Easy walk to Rosemary and not too far to the beach (bring a rolling cart if you have kids). But, some basic maintenance is needed and it sounds like they are doing renovations upstairs from 7am-10pm! It was quite loud in the master and you will hear every time someone opens and closes the sliding door upstairs (rumbling and scraping), or drops something.

Great Location, needs a deep clean

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our first complaint was that there were 0 extra blankets. All beds had a very thin blanket. We called for extras the next day, and none were ever brought. Also-It really needs a deep clean.

Very good

Our third time staying at high point. Very nice unit, but it did have an unpleasant odor. Amenities were nice, but it was a challenge to check out bikes - the attendant was never around and was difficult to find. We weren’t able to use bikes for 3 of our 4 days on the property.

Great View!

Overall, very beautiful view from the balcony and updated furnishings. The interior is not my style but it was very clean and new. I did have an issue with the shower in the Master Bath. You can't turn on the water because of the glass shower doors without getting wet. That was strange. Loved eating numerous times at Crabby Steve's!! One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Also, a very short walk to other local restaurants.

Nice Place, some issues

Pros: -nice furnishings/flooring - decent mattresses -nice view of pool/ocean -adequate space for 4 adults and a baby Cons: -terrible wifi, even email struggled to load, even after multiple reboots -kitchen pans marginal, large non-stick skillet things stuck easily, small one unusable, dull knives -nothing besides a sponge for dishwashing by hand

Cleanliness of Condo

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of condo. The floors were very dirty, large smudges on sliding glass door windows for patio, under the beds are simply filthy, the master bedroom bed had dust and sand Residue on headboard, end tables, dresser. It was like a fast pass over of cleaning.

The condo needs improvement

We have high end rental property in FL and are hands on to the upkeep of our space. We were disappointed in the condition we found the appointments in this unit due to what appeared to be owner absentee attention. The children's pool and the hot tub were out of order for 3 of our 4 days yet the staff were courteous and truly cared for the upkeep of the building. The location is magnificent, such a beautiful stretch of beach, there should be some way of maintaining the grounds and units better.
