The fully equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze while the community grill area offers a nice opportunity to try your hand at grilling meals and trying something different. Your private balcony will allow you to admire breathtaking ocean views while the interior decor will let you relax in style. Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, such as lagoon and oasis styled pools and fitness center. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 has 12 escape rooms which are the largest selection of Gulfcoast live escape rooms! The Track (one mile away) offers bumping cars, mini-golf courses, go-kart races, and more!



Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.
