The Space:

Enjoy lovely views of Lake Carillon and peeks at the Gulf of Mexico from this swanky condo's balcony. The full kitchen and smart TV make this vacation home feel like home - just less than a mile from the beach! Guests can also partake in multiple amenities, like resort pools and hot tubs.



Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from the condo, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. Guests that are feeling adventurous can take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards (less than half a mile away). To the west, guests are just three miles from stepping into luxury at Rosemary Beach. This condo is less than two miles from local favorites such as Bayou Bill's Crab House and New JinJin Buffet.

Darling place. Great amenities, kitchen supplies great, bed comfy, excellent view,no extra blanket.

When going to the beach - stay right on the beach

First time for us actually staying right on the beach. If you have never done it - jump right in. There is nothing like being able to walk out the backdoor and down the short private boardwalk to the beach. Great property, great house, great vacation.

Shiplap heaven!

Wonderfully decorated beach condo! Clean! Loved the full stove in the kitchen! Kitchen stocked well with cooking pots, utensils, and dishes. Convenient to restaurants and grocery not to mention short walk to the beach!

Very cute space for my husband and I. We fell in love with Carillon beach.

This is great 1 bedroom space. It’s totally updated and decorated really cute. The kitchen was well stocked. Really nice view of the lake and neighborhood. It was perfect for my husband and I for a few days. There’s a shuttle that takes you to the beach whenever you want.

Beautiful unit, great value

Carillon is a wonderful place to stay - slightly outside the 30A crush - and this unit is beautiful. Unlike other Carillon Inn units, it has a full kitchen with combo stovetop / oven. The decor is lovely, unit is clean, would definitely stay here again. Entry / exit instructions were easy to follow and no stress.

We loved our stay in this unit! Everything had recently been updated and it was very clean. The beach is a short walk through the neighborhood, or you can get the golf cart to pick you up and take you there. There are 3 or 4 different pools that you can choose from, and Carillon is beautiful to take a walk through. Also, the lady who checked us in at the office was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be vacationing here again

Best of Carillion

Several of us booked condo's at Carillion and everyone agreed that this one is the nicest. Many don't have a sink in the bathroom and this one does! The barn door was a great way to fully utilize the space! Initial deposit was non-refundable but it was absolutely worth it!! Would absolutely rent this one again!

Condo was great. Did have an oven, even though description said it did not. Property folks friendly

We brought our bikes. Short ride or walk to the may pools or beach accesses. Neighborhood was nice and quiet even on memorial weekend. The staff at the property office were very friendly and helpful. Condo was just fine for myself, husband and young child. Enjoyed looking at the lagoon and the wildlife in it. Free kayak and paddle boarding on lagoon. Free DVD rentals which was great during the tropical storm!

Carillon, the best

We enjoyed much the stay at Carillon as always... so no complains with the vac-complex. The apartment was good but some details can improve... the microwave didn't work, no blankets were provided for the sofa bed, which was not really comfortable, the single chair at living room was dirt and stained, and the balcony with lot dust (furniture and roof). Thanks for the stay.

Nice little condo

Condo is clean. No issues. Two things to note when considering, there is no washer/dryer (which is accurate by description) and sliding door does not close off bedroom, only bathroom. No problem with these, I just didn't notice when I looked at picture. Overall, nice stay!

Well decorated.

For the space, the owner has done a beautiful job on this unit. Only problem I had, huge NFL fan, checked in, sat on sofa, beautiful view outside, big screen TV, and it would not work. bummer, luckily one is bedroom. Besides that, great great unit.

Overall Summary

Overall, Unit 504 was decent. There were however some updates needed on worn-out faucets, places in the floor, bathroom cabinet, dishwasher, balcony door has a broken lock, couch was worn out. Also, the lack of a laundry closet with washer and dryer were less than ideal. Had to carry dirty laundry on the elevator to the 4th floor laundry room and then pay in quarters to wash our clothes.
