The Space:

Step into comfort when you stay at Emerald Surf, unit 502. Located on the top floor with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Emerald Surf 502 is the perfect accommodation for your next beach getaway! This two-bedroom, two bath unit sleeps up to six guests comfortably, with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom and a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy easy access to the spacious balcony from the bedroom and living area as well as gorgeous views through the windows looking directly at the crystal-clear waters! The fully-equipped kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area, creating plenty of space and an at-home feel. Emerald Surf 502 has two televisions, cable, and two DVD players, along with DVD rentals during your stay! There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, for your convenience. Emerald Surf is located in beautiful and serene Navarre Beach, just a short drive from a variety of shopping areas, restaurants, and family entertainment. It is just under 10 miles from the Gulf Breeze Zoo, perfect for a family day out! The complex itself offers several amenities, including a community outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, and barbecue grills. There is also a walkway built near the outdoor pool that leads directly to the snow-white beaches! Take advantage of the covered parking as well.

Everything was clean & cozy! The view and atmosphere were peaceful and relaxing. We felt safe. It was nice to have the pool and beach access right there!

The property is clean with a great view on the beach. This unit has very hard mattresses. We slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen could use a convection oven and, or air fryer. When using the oven it heats up the unit. The air conditioner runs constantly. The air filter was clogged and the wrong size. Water pressure is low. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Surf, as it was less crowded, being a smaller complex. The view was outstanding, with sunrise and sunset viewing, beach and beautiful turquoise water. The unit has basic supplies and basic kitchen tools, limited tableware, but it was fine as we didn’t cook a lot. The bathrooms are fully stocked, plenty of towels, hair care, and hair dryer. Overall it was perfect for a very quite and peaceful vaca, will definitely come back to Emerald Surf.

Overall all was good; no issues; it’s an older place that has weathered a lot and still in really good shape, but with all places that have been around awhile, some improvements could be done, such as replacing shower rods (rust from use on them); outdoor patio table/chairs needs updated/cleaned (I personally wouldn’t have them still there, I didn’t use them at all other than let swimsuits air dry; the separate chairs were fine, it’s mostly the table). The walk to the beach was wonderful!! Quick & easy. A separate company does rent chairs & umbrellas per day, which is really nice so you don’t necessarily have to bring your own.The pool was very simple, not good or bad about it. Was nice to chill there after the sand & waves before going back to the room. The kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms and baths were all just fine; we slept well and relaxed in the rooms. Enjoyed watching the storm over the gulf standing out on the balcony.

Overall we had a great stay! Views are fantastic and the place was great for a family with small kids. The beds (in both rooms) were a little firm. Very few plates/bowls/no cups for kids - I’d recommend bringing your own to wash or disposable. Plenty of towels. There were a few beach items (two chairs - were rusty, child’s net and small boogie board) in the closet but I’d recommend bringing your own chairs and toys.
