Overall it was great! Would stay there again. A couple of things need to be done - (1) The trim/molding needs to be painted (2) carpet/curtains need to be replaced - looking pretty ragged (3) some of the kitchen utensils need to be replenished. I am usually hesitant to make any comments because I don't want them coming across negative, but, if I was the owner I would want to know. Beautiful condo! Loved the area! We have stayed at San Remo several times and love the location and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach
We have stayed in San Remo a couple of times and love the location! This particular unit had a lovely view of the pool and Gulf. Conveniently located and comfortable. Decor is a bit heavy and dark, doesn’t say “beach” but the beach, pool and town outweigh that.

San Remo
We always enjoy our stay at San Remo! We love sitting on the patio and our view of the gulf. The property is always clean and well maintained, the people are friendly, and the pool is large. We are also in walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants and stores. A wonderful place to relax and restore.

Pool is nice; property is very clean.
The property was very clean. The master bedroom is a full not a queen as advertised and there was no comforter that we could find. The pool and spa is excellent and the beach is quite pretty.

Clean and convenient
Toilet seat was broken and the dishwasher was full of water but both were repaired the day after calling to report the problem. Property management staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy.

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay at San Remo, we had a nice view of the ocean and could hear the waves even though the unit wasn’t “on the beach”. We did have a few maintenance issues come up, but they were resolved very quickly. The only negatives that I would cite are that the master bed mattress is due replacing and that the TV/DVD setups need attention.

We loved this cute small condo however the cleanliness was okay, we found what looked like old cooked ramen noodles in the window seal and the location is confusing. So there is a Topsol and Topsail in destin...

Beautiful and clean but parents of young toddlers/children, beware
Our only (but significant) complaint:
The condo door which leads outside outside cannot be locked from inside the condo. Therefore our toddlers and children could just open the door and go out of the condo at any point. It is extremely dangerous to stay there with young children.

The condo was such a great value for the wonderful accommodations. It was perfect for our family.
The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds, and included a fully equipped kitchen. There was cable in both bedrooms and the living room. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach where chairs and an umbrella waited for us. The beach was beautiful and had the prettiest water I’ve seen in the U.S.. Of course, being right on the beach is always great, but because the realtor’s main office was next to the beach access, we had great parking access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. You can’t beat this deal with what you get for the money. Thank you for a great trip to Santa Rosa beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Check in disappointment
This property was beautiful and well kept. The pool was on the small side but close. Check in was a bit of a disappointment, partly my own fault; we got into town too early, I called and asked if we could check in early and was told no, check in was 4. So we killed time for 6 hours. When we got to the property at 350, I was told the room still wasn't ready and had to wait til nearly 5. By then, we were hot and grouchy.
