This incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 12th floor Sterling Beach condominium is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This twelfth-floor beachfront unit has breathtaking gulf and pool views. Sterling Beach is an exceptionally well-maintained complex with plenty of ground level parking (no parking garage), giving guests easy access! This complex offers a 4000sf gulf front swimming pool (heated in cold months), hot tub, gas grills, a theatre, meeting room, & a fitness center.
This spacious, recently updated unit offers over 1,600 square feet of luxury coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a smart television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beach. There is a dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The gulf front master bedroom also boasts breathtaking gulf views, a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.
