The Space:

Welcome to Out Back at The Roxbury Main, a charming, fully renovated Catskills retreat in the heart of Roxbury. Surrounded by mountain air and small-town charm, guests can relax after a day outdoors, linger over morning coffee or get lost in a good read on the rocking chairs on the front porch or in front of the fire in the backyard.



Step into a warm and inviting open-concept space with a sun-filled living area featuring rich hardwood floors, a plush pull-out sofa, and a TV, ideal for unwinding after exploring. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with fluted millwork, high end appliances, open wood shelving, and a casual dining nook, perfect for relaxed meals at home.



The primary bedroom is rich with original details, and features a plush queen size bed and lux bedding. The new bathroom is separately heated and has a walk-in shower. The couch transforms into a comfortable queen size pull out bed, allowing for 2 more guests to join the stay.



Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor space offering al fresco dining, access to a grill and seating around a cozy fire pit.



Located at the center of Roxbury’s historic main street within walking distance to the village’s charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. The town is surrounded by scenic mountains, rivers, and trails. Out Back at The Roxbury Main offers a great balance of thoughtful design, small-town charm, outdoor adventure, and year-round appeal making it an ideal home base for a memorable Catskills stay.



Getting Around:

Out Back at The Roxbury Main is just 3 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the NY-28 S, I-87 S, NJ-17 S and NY-17 E. We strongly recommend a car with AWD or 4WD in winter in case of storms.

This property does not have a wood stove or fireplace. Please note that the outdoor space with dining table, grill and fire pit is shared with one other apartment.
