● Additional parking available in designated areas: Front of the building (golf course side), North lot near shuffleboard courts
● Key access required for shared areas (pool, beach entry, lobby)

Underground garage access is available via key entry at the side parking doors and pressing the “Up” button inside.


Community & Building Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests and the community, please note the following important rules:

● Shoes, shirts, and coverups are required in all common areas.
● Please dry off completely before entering the building from the beach or pool.
● No smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies and common areas.
● Do not hang towels or items over balcony railings.
● No charging of electric vehicles, golf carts, or electric bikes.
● No storing beach chairs, surfboards, fishing gear, or personal items in garage parking spaces.
● Oversized vehicles or vehicles with racks/trailers that do not fit in garage spaces must park outside.
● Vehicles parked overnight outside must register and obtain a temporary parking pass at the front desk.
● Temporary parking for trailers, motorhomes, or commercial vehicles requires prior written board approval and is limited to the north parking lot.
● Pets must enter and exit through the garage and owners must clean up after them.


Access Information
● A large gold key is required for entry into all common areas, including the front entrance, pool access, beach access, and ground-floor elevator.


Trash
● Trash chute hours: 8AM–10PM (bagged trash only)


Quiet & Courtesy
● Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
● Please follow the good neighbor policy and refrain from illegal activity.
