PARKING

• The community permits a maximum of 3 vehicles per home.

• Do not block sidewalks and do not park on the street; violators may be towed.

• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not allowed inside Champions Gate.


TRASH COLLECTION

• Household trash must be bagged and placed inside the provided outdoor container or trash bench before 7:00 AM.

• Bulk items are not accepted; to dispose of them, guests must arrange removal with a third-party vendor, and additional fees may apply.
