* MASTER BEDROOM *

Very spacious with a king bed has a walking closet space with hangers, and a smartTV. There is also extra storage space available in the dresser if you need it. It has a direct access to the private view with the water park view.
There is also a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, which includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. You can also find a first aid kit for your convenience.

* SECOND BEDROOM *

Nicely decorated it has 2 full size beds with a closet space with hangers and a dresser and smartTV. It is next to the second bathroom which has a shower toiletries and towels.


* LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING AREA *

This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you nice views of the water park.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, tupperware. It has a spacious refrigerator, microwave, a gas stove and oven, and a dishwasher.
It has a very long nice kitchen bar where you can have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools.

The dining and living room are in front of each other along the open space. The dining room includes a long table with 6 chairs. If you are a coffee lover, you will love our little nice coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine.

The living room has a comfortable big sofa where you can seat all together and watch TV or If you want to spend a night just relaxing and without screens you could also find some boardgames.


*LAUNDRY & GAMEROOM*

House includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The garage has been adapted to a fun game room where you can spend some family time as well. It includes a pool table and a smartTV.

*SUPPLIES FOR OUR GUESTS*

There is a pack and play and high chair in the unit for your convenience at no cost.
The safe in the bedroom at the moment doesn't work.

Magical Sunshine Properties provides each property with a small starter kit which includes:
- Two (2) rolls of toilet paper
- One (1) shampoo, one (1) conditioner, one (1) body wash, one (1) hand soap
- Two (2) trash bags for the bathroom
- One (1) roll of paper towel in the kitchen
- One (1) dishwasher detergent
- One (1) laundry detergent
- Two (2) trash bags for the kitchen
- Two (2) coffee pods, two (2) small water bottles.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
One (1) set of linens and towels per bedroom and bathroom are provided at the start of your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Water park and The Oasis Club at Champions Gate.

Other things to note
Access to the Resort and amenities is only through a QR code that will be provided prior to your arrival. Guests must pass through the security gate every time entering the community.
