Inside has been thoughtfully curated with cozy gathering spaces throughout. Located 25 minutes from downtown KC enjoy nearby dining, shops, parks, and entertainment!
- Please treat the home with the same care you would with your home
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine)
- Respect quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM
- No parties or events
- No unattended minors by the pool or hot tub
- Turn off the jets and close the cover of the hot tub after use.
- We have a weekly pool and hot tub companies adding solutions and cleaning them so you may see them briefly in the yard but they will not need access to the inside
- Trash day is on Monday morning so bins need to be rolled to the curb on Sunday evening, if you are staying then, it would be so helpful if you roll the trash/recycle bins (only for the day before trash pick-up). If the trash cans are completely full, you can have tightly closed trash bags next to the bins and they will still pick them up.
- A charcoal grill is provided. If there`s leftover charcoal from previous guests, you`ll find it in the designated bin on the deck. Otherwise, you can buy charcoal at a nearby grocery store. Please clean the grill after use for the next guest, as cleaners cannot do so within the shorter window to clean the house.
- Please remove your shoes at the door.
- No pets on couches or beds. Please vacuum excessive hair from pets
- Must clean up after your pet in the yard ($150 fine)
- Please park as many cars in the driveway & don`t block the neighbors` driveways

Arrival & Stay Policy:
Please inspect the home upon arrival.
If you have any concerns, notify us immediately so we can do our best to mitigate them.
If you choose to remain in the home after check-in, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
