The boho chic apartment is perfect for those traveling in groups of 4 who want to be in central St. Pete! Enjoy the spacious apartment with pool views in the small community of 6 units that has been designed for travelers like yourself!

This apartment is unit #6 of the smll 6 unit apartment complex designed for vacationers! You have pool views from most of the windows, and you can enjoy boho adventure vibes throughout the entire apartment!

Everything inside the home is, of course, private and only for your use! All outdoor spaces are shared among the small community of 6 units - this does include the pool!

I love interacting with my guests, however that interaction is totally up to you! I am on site often, and If I see you - I`ll be sure to say hi! Please don`t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all - I want to be sure you have the best stay at my home.

This is a centrally located neighborhood within the beautiful area of St. Pete! You`ll be surrounded by pine trees, woodpeckers, blue Jay`s and squirrels I this sweet little area of Pinellas county! The street is quiet and quaint with a community baseball field just across the street!

Although you could get around just by Ube, I would recommend renting a car during your time to the area

There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, please use the dedicated outdoor spaces.

Please note there is a pet fee of $100 PER PET - upon the completion of your booking I will request the additional funds for any additional pets

Please also note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool. Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.

We provide a washer and dryer on site. Please note, the laundry facility is for all apartments use and convenience. I do however, give each apartment a dedicated day to utilize the facility privately. Sundays are first come first serve.
